In Bowie County an increase appropriation of $4,339.49 Federal Funds is hereby made to be expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Construction Division on State Highway Ho. 1 F.A.P. I t being understood that Gillespie County, by order of i t s Com­missioners' Court, dated August 8th. 1932, has agreed to repay to the State Highway Fund from i t s accrued license fees, the to ta l of Ten Thousand ($10,000,00) Dollars i n four (4) equal annual payments beginn­ing February 20, 1933, as required i n Minute 5988, dated May 28th. 1932.

In as much as the toAii cost of a l l the rights-of-way exceeds $10,000.00 Gillespie County, through i t s County Judge, by le t te r dated October 29th. 1932, agrees to pay the amount of excess cost out of i t s own funds, to complete the payment fo r a l l the rights-of-way fo r this project« A.F.E.-32-1004

I t is ordered by the Commission that Highway #22 from Hamilton, i n Hamilton County, to Comanche, i n Comanche County be changed to Highway #36, and that Highway #36 be extended from Comanche, in Comanche County to Rising Star, in Eastland County*

I t i s ordered by the Commission that the State Highway Engineer be authorized to enter into negotiations with the Southern Pacific Railroad Company for the construction of a drainage culvert through the embankment of the Railroad to provide proper drainage for the Highway at the over­pass as constructed over the Southern Pacific Railroad for Highway Ho. 4(( near LaRue in Henderson County, and upon corapletionof negotiations to enter into contract with the Railroad f o r this culvert.

I t is ordered by the Commission that Minute Ho. 7049, dated Oct. 26th. 1932, wherein the award of contract on bids received by the City of Jasper, Jasper County, was approved, be amended to provide that the State's share of the cost of the proposed improvements shall be nased on contract unit prices submitted by Earl Yates & Son, on Oct. 7th. 193$, rather than as stipulated in Minute Ho. 4033, dated April 3rd. 1931, Ai: other provisions of Minutes 4033 and 7049 are to remain in f u l l force am. effect.
