GENERAL INFORMATIONCatered parties can range from a simple get-together to a formal occasion, therefore we offer a wide array of entrées, vegetables &

desserts from which to choose. We can cater from a minimum of 20 people up to 300.

All catered events require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit, with final payment due at least 24 hours prior to your event.

Catered events may be picked up OR delivered, for an additional fee. Catering equipment rental available: chafing dishes, Sterno,

serving utensils, etc. An equipment rental sheet must be filled out and a credit card provided. The client will be charged for any lost or

damaged items. (limited quantities available). .

For fully catered events, food servers are available. Food servers are responsible for delivering, set up & serving food, breakdown & cleanup of buffet line only (approximately 3 hours total). Ask for pricing on initial

services & for any pricing on additional time or services we offer.

For large events & weddings, final counts are needed 2 weeks before the event. We can adjust up from there.

Mel’s Country Cafe does not provide tables, linens, china, silverware or glassware.
