Rappelling MS1 Lab 30SEP2010

Situation: A) Enemy forces: Individuals lacking self confidence on the Rappelling Tower. B) Friendly Forces: Delta CompanyMission: Charlie Company conducts Rappel training IVO Rappel Tower NLT 1600 30SEP2010 I OT familiarize with Rappelling of f tower.

Execution:

Cadets will arrive at designated track area behind the RAC NLT 1545 30SEP2010. Cadets will be formed up for the first formation to gain accountability. Cadets will then begin movement to the repel tower. Once training has been conducted, there will be a dismissal formation for cadets to receive information and be released.

1600-1745-

begin rappelling.

1745-1800:

Return equipment and put out information to the final formation

1800: Release cadetsCoordinating instructions: Parker will march cadets to the designated repel location and seat them on the bleachers . MS1 cadets will conduct rappelling which will consist of all MS1’s rappelling down the tower one by one. Once the MS1 cadet has completed his repel he will return to the bleachers to switch out equipment with another cadet. we will proceed to conduct MS1’S rappelling until all cadets have rappelled off of the tower.

Date Exercise Description

September 27 Ability Group PT Split Cadets in 3 groups and conduct sprints and workouts after each sprints.

September 29 Animal PT Cadets will do animal exercises like duck walk, and bear crawls.

October 1 Company Stakes PT

October 4 Circuit PT Run to Rugby Field Circuit PT timed events. 1 lap around RAC Field.
