I was ill and on a three week short term medical leave from thanksgiving until December 15th, 2014. Upon returning to work on the 15th, I was interviewed by corporate security to get details of the events, was sent home, and contacted the next day to be informed of the termination. The allegations were printing and using a customers debit card, without consent for personal use. The customers name is . I was introduced to in late 2013 from a mutual friend . At that time my position with Chase was a Financial Advisor, and we transferred investment relationships from Morgan Stanley to JP Morgan Securities. In early July, 2014, I was contacted by asking me to transfer money to his wife. She didn't have any banking relationships with Chase, or any other financi al institution at the time so his options were very limited. I had spent some time with outside of the bank, and got to know him on a personal level, you could say we were friends. I had got to know his character and determined this was not an unusual request. He is often unavailable, out of town, incarcerated,

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

FORD FALCON UTILITY

FG SERIES

(TRAY & STYLE-SIDE)

This Automotive LP Gas cylinder must be installed in the vehicle in strict accordance with the latest

requirements of AS/NZS1425. Any modifications to the cylinder will render the warranty null and void.

GENERAL CYLINDER SPECIFICATIONS:

DIAMETERS : 330MM LENGTH: 813MM

CAPACITY : 62L (Water) L.P GAS CAPACITY : 50L

VALVE ORIENTATION : 30 degrees.

Modifications: Exhaust relocation required.

This cylinder is designed to be mounted underneath the vehicle in the current position of the exhaust

muffler.
