Nov 25-27: *This week, we focused on learning about what being thankful means. We read different Thanksgiving books, learned new food vocabulary words, researched Pilgrims on the computer, and drew pictures of things they were thankful for. We hope you all have a safe and relaxing Thanksgiving Break!

Extra News:*Self-Help Skills: Now that the weather is cooler, we need your help teaching your child how to put on and zip his/her jacket! All children should be in a winter coat, mittens, and a hat at school. If you need extra warm clothes for your child, let me know!

*Library Books Make sure to send library books back to school every week. Thanks!

*Thanksgiving Conversations: Remember, helping your child learn doesn’t have to cost you a thing! One of the

best things you can do for your child is to have conversations with him about all types of activities. With Thanksgiving taking place this week, make sure to talk to your child about the things you are thankful for, the different traditions your family participates in, and all the delicious food at the table. Happy Talking!
