For more effective participation in MIMS Automechanika Moscow 2019 we would like to offer you to review “Exhibitor manual”.

We pay your attention that a number of forms has to be filled in no later than the term specified in them:

• Electronic form for submission of information in an official catalog (till 28 June 2019)

• Electronic form for submission of lists on passes (till 22 July 2019)

Feeling out Proforma-invoice М () – is obligatory for all participants. Please, summarize your order, sign and stamp the form. Completed Proforma-invoice is the basis for issuing of the invoice.

The cost for “Blue Hall”, D1 and D2 also includes: speakers platform, the sound amplification set, 2 wired microphones, sound engineer services, coat room and service, registration stand (2 tables + 4 chairs), moderator place ( 1 table + 1 chair). When ordering the hall, please, note that chairs will be arranged in «theatre» style. If you need another arrangement of seats for you, please, contact Organisers.

Enter for exhibitors to the territory of fair complex during the mantling / dismantling period, (08:00-20:00) is carried out only with PASSES.

The passes are given by Organisers at the rate of 1 PASS for each 4 sqm of the ordered exhibition area. (On stands of 4 and 6 sq.m. we provide 2 passes). On stands outdoor and double-decker the passes are given at the rate of 1 PASS for each 8 sqm

If the number of passes for all employees working at the stand is not enough (including translators and assistants and not including the builders working only during the mantling / dismantling period on the stand), please order additional passes with this form.

Each exhibitor will receive free invitation tickets for visitors. We will inform you about availability of printed tickets in advance, so you will be able to pick them up at the organiser’s office. Please note that visitor registration is obligatory for MIMS Automechanika Moscow 2019 exhibition.

Attention: The passes will be issued already filled. Therefore you need to fill in all the necessary information in your Personal exhibitor account in advance.

Exhibitor info: The description of company’s business activity (Personal exhibitor account) is to be submitted by the form, sent to you by the e-mail address which you indicated in the application form. Exhibitor info is published both in Russian and English languages (at most 600 symbols in each language). Organisers reserve the right to edit the description text in case if its size exceeds the specified size.

Company logo: The company logo will be placed near the company description. Logos are accepted only in a vector format (Illustrator, Corel, EPS) by e-mail.

Sub-exhibitor info: You can add information in exhibitor catalog about your partners who working at your stand.
