Ward Voters Believe
The Ward is Headed in the Wrong Direction, And
New Leadership is Necessary to Move Forward
We would like to thank those of you who took the time to complete the 24th Ward Public
Opinion Poll. We distributed a questionnaire to 2,600 registered voters in the 24th Ward by e-
mail and posted it on Facebook, and our campaign blog between September 17, 2010 andOctober 3, 2010. While the results are not scientific, your feedback may be useful in helping our
campaign to refine a platform that reflects your views, rather than making assumptions that we
know what’s best for you. These data may also be used to develop an agenda for the 24th
Ward
after the election. The responses are summarized below.

1. Training for new job that are created 2. That's your job to tell me... not to fish for
a answer for your jargon to keep you inoffice at least one term! This is the same
tactics Mrs. Dixon used and look wherethat got us.
3. Pushing the U.S. government to bring
back U.S. companies and the jobs to thisward.
4. Work with young pastors

6.Increasing opportunities for after schoolprograms and recreation
7. Give an opportunity for residents to
volunteer to help bring the ward up.

their Wards. Ways of keeping the people
informed in voting and giving moreinformation on those running for office.

needed.
