ORDER

Acting in accordance with Louisiana Constitution Article V, Section 1 and the inherent

powers of this Court:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

A filing fee of Thirty-Five ($35.00) Dollars shall be assessed on all petitions, initial

responses by defendants, and all pleadings requesting a hearing date in all domestic filings. This

order shall be effective as soon as the Clerk of Court can implement this change as approved by

the Judges of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court sitting en bane on November 18,2015,

and acting in accordance with LSA R.S. 13: 1000.12. The fee is to be collected by the Jefferson

Parish Clerk of Court and forwarded to the Court monthly.

It is further ordered that the order of September 24,2015, signed by the Honorable June

Berry Darensburg acting as Chief Judge for the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court is

amended and superseded to the extent that it conflicts with this order.
