SPONSORS

2018 is a special year for the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), as we celebrate 100 years of independence. Each of the Baltic States’ governments signed a document proclaiming the restoration of their independent state in 1918.

For half of the subsequent 100 years, starting during World War II, the Baltic nations were occupied by the Soviet Union. After that experience, we are fortunate now to celebrate our centennials having been free countries again for 27 years and to refl ect on what we have learned from our history.

Throughout our development we have retained a sense of both gratitude and obligation.

We seem to be much bigger nation than we are in numbers - celebrating our centennial in all continents and have made many friends across the world!

Lets celebrate our 100 years anniversary together with a good race in Baltic Chain Tour 2018!
