*Mail-In Rebate for a Dunlop Motorcycle Tires Prepaid MasterCard®, up to $60, valid on qualifying purchases made between June 1st and July 31st,2021. Funds will be issued in the currency that aligns with the address of the rebate applicant. The completed form must be submitted or postmarked no later than August 31st, 2021. Rebate valid only with a copy of proof of purchase of qualifying tires. Tires must be on the same receipt. Offer available only at an authorized participating Dunlop Motorcycle Pro Dealer retailers in the US and Canada. Purchases made through distributors, online websites, Amazon or online auctions, including Ebay, do not qualify. Valid only with a copy of proof of purchase, which clearly identifies seller’s name and contact information, invoice number, date of purchase, purchased product model name, quantity and customer information. May not be combined with any other rebates. Limit (2) per household.
