    Disclosed is the process to produce a ready to eat crackers from carrageenan including cleaning the seaweeds with clean tap water. Blanch the seaweeds for a period of time. Drain the blanched seaweeds thoroughly. Chop the blanched seaweeds into desired sizes and set aside. Prepare the other ingredients including tapioca flour, carrots, onion, garlic, salt, seasoning, lime solution, water. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend the chopped seaweeds and the mixed ingredients in a blender producing dough. Knead the dough thoroughly. Flatten the dough using a roller into desired thickness in an aluminum food tray. Steam the dough at predetermined time period. Cut the steamed dough into desired shapes. Dry the dough thoroughly. Deep-fry the dried dough until golden brown as fried crackers. Drain the crackers to remove excess oil. Cool the crackers at room temperature. Pack the crackers in a food grade container.
