Throughout God’s Word, we read stories of how God manifested His power in response to prayer and fasting.

• King Jehoshaphat proclaimed a fast when the Israelites were greatly outnumbered by the Moabites and Ammonites. As a result of their fasting and prayer, God supernaturally delivered their enemies into their hands. Jehoshaphat, and the children of Israel, took three days to gather all the spoils of war. (II Chronicles 20:27).

• Ezra proclaimed a fast ... that we might humble ourselves before our God to seek from Him a safe journey for us, our little ones, and all our possessions. (Ezra 8:21, NAS). God’s hand of protection was over them and delivered them out of the hand of the enemy and the ambushes by the way (Ezra 8:31, NAS).

During this fast, Theresa and I are believing God for His supernatural protection and deliverance to be over your life.
