在留カードの両面コピーを用紙に貼り付けて、 新入生情報登録フォームから提出してください。 ※用紙は登録フォーム上から印刷してください。Submit this form through the Registration for New JLP students. Photocopy of your Residence Card (Both sides) must be glued to the form. ※Please print the designated form through the Registration for New JLP students.

事務所で申請できます。

You can apply for certificates after September 24th at the Center for

Japanese Language office on the 4th floor of building 22 or use the

automatic certificate issuing machines.

証明書の発行には手数料がかかります。

Handling fee will be charged.

smoking and drinking alcohol in Japan .

路上喫煙禁止！

Smoking on the streets is strictly prohibited in some cities.

You will be fined if you violate those laws or regulations.

Drinking alcohol is not allowed on the campus.

Smoking is also not allowed on the campus

サークル/部活およびICCについて Circles/ Club Activities and ICC

・早稲田の学生や他の留学生と交流するためには、国際交流サークルや異文化交流センター（ICC）の活動に参加することをお勧めします。

・課外活動のうち、クラブ活動（部活）はより厳しく、サークル活動は楽しむことを主な目的としています。

・国際交流サークルには「WIC」と「虹の会」があります。

日本到着時、在留カードが空港で交付されます。 受け取らなかった場合は、区役所または市役所で 住民登録完了後、登録した住所に郵送されます。 日本滞在中は在留カードを携帯することが法律で定められています。 You should have received a residence card at the airport. If not, it will be posted to your address after you complete your address registration at the City Office.

日本国内の他の学校から早稲田大学に入学した方は、東京出入国在留管理局に所属機関変更に関する届出を行ってください。

住民登録届 Registration of Your Address in Japan

日本入国後14日以内に在留カードを持参の上、 住居地の市区町村で住民登録をしてください。

You must register your address in Japan within 14 days after you enter Japan. Registration can be done at the local city office. You need to bring your residence card then.

住所変更手続き（転出/転入届） Notification of Moving Out/Moving In

留学中に引っ越しをする人は、これまで住んでいた住居地の市区町村に転出届を提出した後、新しい住居地の市区町村に14日以内に転入届を提出する必要があります。 If you move to a new place during your stay in Japan, you must submit the “moving out” notice to the city office of your old address, and the “moving in” notice at the city office of your new address. This must be done within 14 days after moving in.

分いずれかの定期券を選択する必要があります。有効期間が切れた後も定期を継続利用する場合は、駅事務所で更新の手続きを行ってください（とくに1年プログラムの方）。

通学定期の購入方法 How to Purchase a Commuter Pass

You can purchase your commuter pass by the following procedures: 1. Get your student ID card and address sticker at Waseda Global Gate

after September 24. Stick a sticker on your student ID card to confirm your address.

2. Go to the station office with your student ID and fill in a commuter application form. You will have options of 1month 3months and 6 months. If you continue to use it, you can update it at the station office.
