SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Terms of PaymentFull payment must be received 15 days after contract signing. Details on accepted forms of payment can be found on the invoice.

Use of LogosDigital Health Canada will use approved Sponsor logo on communications and marketing that pertain to the event(s) listed in the above agreement. Sponsor may request Digital Health Canada logo to advertise their involvement in the above event(s) upon request from communications@digitalhealthcanada.com.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Digital Health Canada Conference. Cancellations received 90days prior to an event will receive a full refund of event fees paid, less a 25% administration fee. Contracts canceled between 89 and 60 days prior to an event will be refunded one-third of the amount. No refunds will be made on cancellations received 59 days prior to an event.

Change of Date or CancellationDigital Health Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the date or dates upon which the event is to be held and shall not be liable in damages or otherwise by reason of any such change. In addition, Digital Health Canada will not be liable for damages for failure to carry out the terms of this contract in whole or in part when such failure is caused directly or indirectly by or in consequence of fire, storm, flood, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strike, or by any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Digital Health Canada, whether similar to or dissimilar from the causes enumerated herein. Notification of a change of date will be communicated to the sponsor immediately and all sponsor entitlements will be carried forward. In the event of cancellation, the sponsor will be offered a new sponsorship opportunity or a refund.
