2020 Sponsorship Information

Become a sponsor and help us continue a 42-year tradition, here in the heart of Virginia!

Sponsorship OpportunitiesThe Festival is a 501c 4 non-profit organization. All sponsor names and in-kind sponsors will appear on the Festival official website www.heartofvirginia.org and Facebook page.

Contributing Sponsors $100 (or higher)For individuals or businesses.

• The sponsor’s name will appear in the Festival Brochure.• This sponsorship may also be “In Memory of ” or “In Honor of ” other individuals.

Supporting Sponsors $250Supporting Sponsors will receive:

• 1/8 page space for advertising in the Festival Brochure.*• Promotion on the Festival Facebook page and website.

Festival Sponsors $500Supporting Sponsors will receive:

• Will receive 1/4 page space for advertising in the Festival Brochure.*• Sponsor information featured on Facebook.• Sponsor name in the Farmville Herald for the Festival.• Sponsor logo on Festival 5K Run t-shirt.• One 15’x15’ space at the festival for promoting your business (if desired).

Activity and Stage Sponsors $1000There are several venues you can sponsor including stages for music, the art show, the craft show, the children’s activities, Friday night events, etc. Please talk with an Festival Board member for a complete list.

• Will receive 1/2 page space for advertising in the Festival Brochure.*

• Sponsor name next to the area of sponsorship in the Festival Brochure.

• Sponsor logo on official website and Facebook Page of the Festival.

• Sponsor information featured on Facebook.

• Sponsor logo in the Farmville Herald for the Festival.

• Sponsor logo on Festival 5K Run t-shirt.

• One 15’x15’ space at the festival for promoting your business (if desired).

• May have a banner at the venue they are sponsoring and provide promotional items to give to visitors of the Heart of Virginia Festival for the area of their sponsorships. Banner provided by sponsor.

Presenting Sponsors $5000As a presenting sponsor your company presence will be felt throughout the festival.

• Sponsor logo and company name will have top billing on all official Festival printed materials (including ads) and will be placed on all Festival's Facebook page and website.

• Sponsor information will be featured on social media leading up to and the day of the Festival.

• Sponsor will receive a full page space for advertising in the Festival Brochure.*• Sponsor logo in all Farmville Herald advertising for the Festival.• Sponsor mentioned in Festival media spots.• Sponsor logo prominently featured on Festival 5K Run t-shirt.• Two 15’x15’ spaces (or one double space) at the festival for promoting your business

which includes promotional items to give to visitors of the Festival.• Opportunity to provide sponsor-branded merchandise for use in gift bags for judges,

runners, crafters, artists, MCs, entertainers, and classic car cruise-in participants.• Opportunity to place a company banner at a prominent location of the Festival (i.e. the

Festival Information Booth) in consultation with the Festival Board.

*Ad InformationSo that we can show the maximum amount of gratitude for your generosity, the Festival will need sponsor ads, logos, and other promotional items for the brochure by March 1, 2020.

No time to design an ad? No problem! For an additional $50 tacked onto your sponsorship, The Festival will design an ad for you to be placed into the brochure with your approval.
