Since 2001, Quality-of-Life Plans supported by LISC have leveraged over $1 billion in investments aligned with community visions.

Our neighborhood partners have long stressed that the largest impact is creating a shared table for community collaboration.

• Meet at least once a month with LISC to discuss progress, engagement & pilot projects

• Work as a group with LISC to create consensus around benchmarks

• Act on behalf of the advisory committee

• Hire/contract with a full-time organizer (staff member or consultant)
