2018 Friday Night Cruise Rules of the Road

*IMPORTANT – All participants must display the window sticker/registration number given to you at

registration in the windshield of your registered vehicle to participate in the cruise and for parking in

the stadium.

1. The MIDNIGHT AT THE OASIS CRUISE will begin promptly at 4:30 pm at the Yuma Park & Swap,

4000 S. Fourth Avenue and ends at the Ray Kroc Complex/Desert Sun Stadium. Gates at Yuma

Park & Swap will open at 3:00 pm for staging.

2. Be prepared to participate in the Cruise in the order in which you arrive at the staging area.

If you want to cruise with a group, make sure you arrive at the staging area with the group.

3. Absolutely no substitute, towed or vehicles on trailers will be permitted to participate in the

Cruise.

4. Once the Cruise begins, please proceed in an orderly fashion and enjoy the Cruise.

5. The cruise will once again be closed to outside traffic – with assistance from Yuma Law

Enforcement agencies. All traffic laws will be enforced.

The Cruise route ends at Desert Sun Stadium with parking available to ENTRANTS ONLY. (OFFICIAL WINDOW STICKER/REGISTRATION NUMBER MUST BE VISIBLE IN THE WINDSHIELD). Once in the procession, you will not have an opportunity to leave until the Cruise is finished. If you decide not to park in the Stadium after you have enjoyed the cruise, there will be a spot to leave the procession just prior to entering the Stadium. Once inside the Stadium, please find a parking spot immediately so not to cause any unnecessary congestion or delays for the remainder of the Cruise participants. If you have a reserved parking space, please park in only that space. If you do not have a reserved parking space, please park in any of the unreserved spots, which are available on a first come first serve basis. Upon arrival to the Stadium, or after 4:00 pm, if your reserved parking space is in the Main Field (Field M), please head over to Field X to park your vehicle. You may park in any spaces between rows A, B & C. This allows us to prep the Main Field for the concerts taking place on Friday and/or Saturday Night.

DUE TO THE SAFETY AND CONCERNS OF THE SPECTATORS, ABSOLUTELY NO THROWING CANDY AND/OR TREATS WILL BE ALLOWED.
