JV Coaching Philosophy-Coach in alignment with the varsity coaching staff (same approach to games and practices); our goal is to prepare every JV player to step onto the varsity field

-Practice Double-Goal coaching by placing equal emphasis on athletic/sport development and character development

-Focused primarily on player development, but will be competitive and strategic during games

-Encourage open lines of communication between players and parents, but follow the same communication guidelines as varsity
