On-premises subscription pricing for SD-WAN Standard Edition hardware appliances

Product Announcement and Availability

Effective October 20, 2017 Citrix will introduce the following new pricing options in its SD-WAN product line:

On-premises subscription pricing for SD-WAN Standard Edition hardware appliances. This solution will

consist of three components:

• A zero-capacity hardware. This provides the hardware only, it will not be discountable and needs a

separate software subscription license

• An optional hardware maintenance (Gold and Gold Plus services only) to provide customers 24x7x365

coverage and material replacement of one day (Gold) or 4 hours (Gold Plus).

• A subscription software license with 1- and 3-year terms.

Citrix NetScaler Pooled Capacity Product Line

Product Announcement and Availability

(NEW!) On October 30, 2017, Citrix will introduce NetScaler Pooled Capacity. It is targeted at customers

that are transitioning applications and services to cloud environments or want to deploy an agile ADC

infrastructure with a software-first and DevOps approach. Pooled capacity allows customers to manage and

share ADC capacity from a central console and provide a flexible, on-demand infrastructure to their internal

or external customers

NetScaler Pooled Capacity will support all the NetScaler form factors i.e. Hardware (MPX, SDX) and

software (VPX and CPX). Pooled capacity introduces the concept of Zero-Capacity Hardware. These are

hardware devices which are assigned throughput or instances from the common pool shared with any form

factor. Currently, the following Zero-Capacity Hardware (MPX/SDX) platforms are available: 14xxxZ,

14xxxZ-40G, 25xxxZ-40G

The 115xxZ platform is available only to customers looking to upgrade from existing NetScaler perpetual

licenses. These platform cannot be purchased independently otherwise.
