It is the responsibility of the person iniang the enrolment to check that all the following details are correct: Name Date of Birth Gender Subject Code Subject/Discipline Grade Indicate New (N) or Old (O) syllabus where applicable Preferred week for examinaon – Week number only (specific days/dates/mes entered in place of a week number will not be accepted). The candidate’s date of birth forms part of the candidate number, and assists the AMEB in allocang appropriate examiners. It also provides the AMEB with stascal informaon necessary to beer adapt its services to meet market needs. Teachers must, when enrolling candidates, ensure that candidates are available anyme in the selected week, including Sunday. Requests cannot be guaranteed. Transfer fees remain the responsibility of the person iniang the enrolment. Late Enrolments Enrolment forms received aſter the published closing date may sll be accepted subject to space availability and payment of the late fee. For enrolments by mail, the postmark will be taken as the day of enrolment. The AMEB will not be held responsible for delays due to mail, or other circumstances outside its control, including the non-arrival of faxed documentaon. No discussion will be entered into.
