The Virgin Australia Paddock Club offers first class service, an electric atmosphere, entertaining driver interviews and appearances, managed table seating and always optimum viewing and includes the following:

1. Bookings will be confirmed at the discretion of V8 Supercars

Australia Pty Limited ACN 077 053 484 as trustee for AVESCO

Unit Trust ABN 21 767 230 845 (V8SCA). Upon providing V8SCA

a completed booking form you are agreeing to payment at a

minimum a non-refundable 10% deposit (The Deposit) that is due

in full within five (5) business days of providing the completed

booking form to V8SCA.

2. Upon V8SCA receiving The Deposit, V8SCA will provide a receipt.

For avoidance of doubt The Deposit becomes due and payable

within five (5) business days of providing V8SCA with a completed

booking form regardless of whether your circumstances change.

3. Tickets will be issued upon full payment being received by V8SCA

(subject to ticket availability and at the discretion of V8SCA).

4. In respect to bookings for the Engine Room and Syndicated Club

(including the Virgin Australia Paddock Club), payments in full are

required to be received by V8SCA no later than 60 days prior

to an Event. In the circumstances that payment in full is not

received as outlined above, V8SCA may cancel any bookings and all

deposits will be deemed forfeited.

5. Cancellation Policy – In respect to bookings for the Engine Room

and Syndicated Club (including the Virgin Australia Paddock Club),

any cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted by

V8SCA up to and including 60 days prior to an event.

6. Cancellation fees - In respect to bookings for the Engine Room

and Syndicated Club (including the Virgin Australia Paddock Club),

bookings that are cancelled 61 days or more prior to the event

will incur a loss of 10% being the deposit; bookings that are

cancelled within 30-60 days of the event will incur a loss of

50% of the booking total; and bookings that are cancelled

within 30 days prior to the event will incur a loss of 100% of

the booking total.

7. I n respect to Private Suite bookings, full payment for events is

required no later than 90 days prior to an Event. V8SCA may

cancel any bookings and all deposits will be deemed forfeited in

the event payments are not received on time.

8. Cancellation Policy – In respect to Private Suite bookings,

cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted by

V8SCA up to and including 90 days prior to an event.

9. Cancellation fees – In respect to bookings for Private Suite

bookings, bookings that are cancelled: 91 days or more prior to

the event will incur a loss of 10% being the deposit; bookings that

are cancelled within 90 days prior to the event will incur a loss of

100% of the booking total.

10. In the event payment is made by direct bank transfer, an invoice

number or the contracting parties full name is to be quoted in

the bank transfer reference. Failure to do so may result in a

credit not being received for payment.

11. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or on sold by or

to a third party without prior written permission of V8SCA.

12. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day.

13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, V8SCA and its related

body corporate (including officers, employees and agents) shall

not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including

but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or

consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with patrons’

attendance at the Event.

14. Ticket holders are required to conduct themselves in a manner

acceptable to V8SCA at all times. V8SCA reserves the right to

refuse entry or to remove any ticket holder not behaving in an

acceptable manner or dressed in smart casual attire. (Note:

thongs and/or singlets are not permitted).

15. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the

Engine Room or Syndicated Club (including Virgin Australia

Paddock Club). In respect to Private Suite bookings, children are

permitted at the discretion of the Client. Children under the age

of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times and

must hold a valid corporate ticket.

16. By purchasing a ticket to an Event you understand and agree that

V8SCA may use and disclose any personal information provided by

you in relation to purchasing a ticket for the purpose of running

the Event and for any other purposes set out in V8SCA’s Privacy

Policy, which is available to be viewed at - http://www.supercars.

com/privacy-policy

Indemnity

V8SCA will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property

brought into the private suite by a ticket holder. Ticket holders are to

ensure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times,

including but not limited to V8SCA gifts, merchandise, wallets, cameras

and mobile phones. V8SCA will not accept responsibility for the loss or

damage to any of the items referred to above.

Distribution of Ticketing

Tickets will be sent via express post 1-3 weeks prior to the Event.

Tickets will not be sent until full payment has been received.

Accreditation

Engine Room guests will receive one individual hard card and lanyard

per day. The hard cards provide access to the circuit, Paddock area

and The Engine Room. On entry to The Engine Room, guests will be

issued with a wristband entitling them to a lunch, afternoon snack,

water, tea and coffee.

Virgin Australia Paddock Club guests will receive one individual hard

card and lanyard per day. The hard cards provide access to the circuit,

Paddock area and the Virgin Australia Paddock Club. On entry to the

Virgin Australia Paddock Club, guests will be issued with a wristband

entitling them to morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a beverage

package.

Entry of individuals is also subject to the terms and conditions set out

on the entrant’s Accreditation.
