High throughput, maximum precisionThe unique high-resolution Electro-Magnetic Force Compensation (EMFC) weighing cell technology and the extremely sturdy construction guarantee preci-se weighing results and high throughput of up to 600 pieces per minute.
SPC@EnterpriseThe software for statistical process control: connect your Flexus®, as well as other equipment and sensors, with ease using our SPC@Enterprise application. This high-performance tool pro-vides a 360° overview of your packaging line for maximum product quality, food safety and productivity. Flexible data transmission with ERP or MES systems is ensured via secure web-based interfaces. Even without SPC@Enterprise, Flexus® can be integrated into any IT landscape easily, e.g. via OPC.
Thanks to plug connectors, the table and weighing belt, including the motor, can be detached quickly and easily, and all without the use of tools. The belts are available in different colours and designs, ensuring hygienic production.
Rounded edges, minimal horizontal and contact surfaces between screwed parts reduce contamination and cleaning times.
Cleaning and inspection are made easy by the increa-sed floor clearance and reduced floor contact.
Easily adjustable thanks to intelligent design
Packaging lines and the critical control points they contain need to be able to handle fast switching between products and changing line configurations.Flexus® makes this possible with minimal effort
• One frame, a world of possibilities: there are fastening points around the upper frame for attaching additional modules.
• The width of the conveyor belts can be easily altered for different product sizes.
• Always at the right level: the conveyor height can be varied quickly and easily using the adjustable feet.

There are a wide range of separators available (pushers, blowers, rockers, swivel arms), which can be used to reject products with a different weight reliably and without production downtime. You also have the following options:

Flexus® CombiEnhance your checkweigher with effective detection of metallic foreign objects: for high safety levels in small spaces, Flexus® can be combined with the Sartorius Intec metal detector Vistus®. The Flexus® Combi can be controlled via one single remote terminal, thus avoiding expensive line space. The Vistus® metal detection technology is known for its detection sensitivity and ensures relia-ble elimination of metallic foreign objects.
