Each chair includes a white soft cushion with high density flame retardant fabric and velcro fastener ties. Pricing

• Saturday Weddings (April, May, June, July, Aug, September, October) have a $4.00 fee for each Chiavari Chair

• Friday Weddings (April, May, June, July, Aug, September, October) have a $3.00 fee for each Chiavari Chair

• Fire and Ice Weddings (Fridays and Saturday Weddings during the months of November, December, January, February, and March) have a $3.00 for each Chiavari Chair

Note: Hercules Chairs Included with the Fire and Ice package are White Resin folding Chairs with a white pad, not the Silver Chiavari Chair.

• Sunday Weddings have a $2.50 fee for each Chiavari Chair along with Specific Value Dates

Pricing Above Includes: The pricing listed above includes up to 250 Chiavari Chairs constructed with hard wood with a silver finish. Reservation Amounts and Quantities The Hotel recommends reserving 75-80% of your guest list as 15-20% regret rates and attritions are typical. Example: If you invite 300 guests you should reserve 240-250. If you’re inviting 200 guests you might want to reserve 160-170 chairs. If you exceed the 250 chairs, the hotel can recommend an outside vendor that you may contact about renting additional chairs. Deliberate Damage/Customer Responsibility Complete responsibility for rented chairs remains with the Bride and Groom. You will be



responsible for missing, broken and deliberate chair damage (Example: standing on chairs by guests). Chiavari Chairs will only be offered for indoor wedding receptions and events.
