The sustainability development is an international framework upon which national and global organizations up to company scale cooperate for the purpose of making practical use of it concurrently with carrying out particular activities and strategies that belong to each individual entity.

The sustainability development aims to respond to the question of economic needs while maintaining an ability to help the underprivileged in society and embrace the environment and natural resources in addition to creature and non-living things for our descendants in the future to be able to sustainably carry out social and economic activities at all times. Otherwise, to simply explain this, it is not to merely expect so much wealthiness whereas the surrounding is ruined, and then nothing is left for our descendants or others in the current society and nothing left for others in the future in accordance with the concept and reasons of sustainability for the global society in long term.

The vision is defined as follows: “moving forward the long-term sustainability by consistent creative development and social responsibility for the purpose of customers’ happiness and shareholders’ reasonable return on investment.”

We have a committee responsible for the corporate sustainable development management that sets up the policy, strategy and plans in accordance with the company’s objectives and the international standards. The Sustainable Development Committee – SDC) performs as a working group in relation to operations on the sustainable development initiatives, building a confident sentiment on such operational plans in the direction of the company’s objectives and the international standards. The SDC is obliged to directly report progress on the sustainable development operations to the Board of Directors on a continuous basis. It must strive toward the social, economic and environmental sustainability. Therefore, the Sustainable Development Committee (SDC) had prepared the SD report for the Board's approval.

2014 The Board of Directors has an idea to prepare a sustainability

report in order to demonstrate that, in addition to the good corporate governance, we take into our consideration the public at large including the society and environment.

2015 We had a Sustainable Development Working Group (SDW)

adopting the G4 Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) as a framework to present our operational results.

2016• The Sustainable Development Committee (SDC) was

established to perform its duties regulated in the policy and framework consistent with the company’s goals, to support and supervise the follow-up on results, to revise the operations to cover social and environmental aspects as well as stakeholders in complete and continuous approach. This Committee is comprised of 9 members of high executive levels from many departments, acting in compliance with the policy and directly reporting to the Board of Directors.

• The Official Sustainable Development Working Group (SDW) was established by adopting the G4 Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) as a framework to present our operational results from January 1st until and ended on December 31st, 2016. The conduct of report included 12 representative members from executives in the operational levels from different chains of command, performing on moving forward the strategy and determined policy by approval of the heads of departments and directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

• The Sustainable Development Committee Charter was issued to regulate the power, duties, and responsibilities of the Corporate Sustainable Development Management Committee, to clarify the elements of the Corporate Sustainable Development Management Committee, the terms of their entitlements, and meeting agendas.

OUR BUSINESS, PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER

CS LOXINFO PLC. is one of the industry leaders providing comprehensive ICT services, having a strength from our business operations offering comprehensive ICT services in the form of One Stop ICT Service giving availability of a variety of sevices such as Leased Line Service, Managed Service, Data Center Service, Cloud Computing Service, and infrastructure services for Internet connection. All of our services consistently and securely meet customers’ needs in their business operations with an emphasis on high-quality services that are also flexible for their various needs under the ISO safety standards. Therefore, they can be confident in our completely efficient and safe services in order to fulfil people’s needs in the digital age. Moreover, we provide the high-speed Internet service for condiominium residents (NET X) living along the BTS skytrain lines, which is deemed a new alternative for customers to use a quality service at a more reasonable level of prices, and the Software as a Service (SaaS) for the SME group. The latter is a form of selling online software through the Internet network channel as a basic service that assists SME entrepreneurs in increasing their operational efficiency for the purpose of competitiveness against giant or foreign entrepreneurs in long term by lowering their investment burdens together with after-sale services that will move them forward accurately. We bring the connection technology in development with moving the Thailand 4.0 digital service forward in order to smoothly operate the business and be ready for competition in our full potentials that meet customers’ needs, along with our trustworthly after-sale services.

The business organization support of CS LOXINFO is only neither an implementation nor enabling a corporate entity to efficiently use Internet, but it also has an objective to provide 3C (Connect, Continue, Create) services so that customers and different stakeholder groups gain maximum benefits from using comprehensive ICT in their business operations.

C1: Connect is the primary goal that is deemed fundamental to our services. It enables corporate organizations to efficiently carry out their business. Another thing that matters in relation to this service area is the security. In addition to

the efficient connection, the security is required as corporate information is essential and priceless. Furthermore, we view that corporate customers are supposed to use this service from a service provider that designs and manages the system, or one serving SI (System Integrator) that is ready and competent to provide One Stop ICT Service capacitating every element of the system to operate coherently and securely. Therefore, we serve a comprehensive service range covering Managed Internet Network, Firewall and Security Solutions, Wi-Fi and Lan Network Solutions, Virtualization and Cloud Computing Solutions, CCTV and Security Solutions, VDO Conference Solutions, and Integrated and Total ICT Solutions. These services mainly take customers’ needs into account such as the matter of componets to be installed by not adhering to any one particular brand, but the component selection from a brand is based on its specifications suitable for functionality and customers’ true needs.

The following goal is C2: Continue on how to maintain an operational system to continue working despite any situation occurrence regardless of a disaster or political demonstration etc., but a corporate organization still carry on its business while such event does not have any impact causing a loss of data, down system, or inaccessibity to workplace to get on duty. We serve the Business Continuity Plan service by bringing an ICT solution to assist in planning and providing this service to corporate organization i.e. using Cloud Storage for data backup, or DR site as an emergency office. Our prominent feature is that we have the availability of our own standard Data Center, and a large and efficient cloud computing system along with teams of expertise in all areas.

C3: Create is our ultimate goal. We would like to see an organization that adopts an ICT solution to run their business and realize a benefit of it in developting its potentials or capability in Internet, Virtualization and Cloud Computing areas etc. for the purpose of creating an opportunity, innovation, or profits developed and increased from what it has at hands.

This is not only our service goal for customers. We adopt these 3C goals as a direction to develop our own organization as well in order to be a quality service provider capable of continuously taking care of our customers and developing new innovations to be used in further, and providing good services for a “competitive advantage” of being a provider of comprehensive ICT services.

We have a 3C service policy to reinforce the strategic planning of the digital service of the government sector that gives a great priority to Thailand’s strategy in order to grapse this new opportunity strengthening the country’s economy and society in a sustainable way by using the potentials of digitization to move forward the value chain of Thailand’s economy to reduce labor costs and improve efficiency of production efficiency and telecommunication technology equipment that will be connected to equipment and machinery through Internet of Things (IoT) communication. In the meanwhile, the advanced computer ability will assist in analyzing big data relating to manufacturing, logistics, and sales. In the future, many factories will be more flexible than they currently are in terms of product manufacturing with more customization and higher efficiency. The manufacturing will be faster. The costs will be saved, and

the quality will be higher, which will enter into the industrial age called Thailand 4.0.

Today, Thailand’s digital economy makes immense revenue and tends to grow by marking a quantum leap forward. By that, there are three curcial factors moving and promoting the country’s GDP level: 1) increased accessibility of high-speed Internet network 2) increased capability of human resources in manufacturing and 3) new digital industry i.e. e-commerce and financial service transactions via mobile phones. By these reasons, our technology is capable of responding to our corporate customers’ needs or directly meeting our target SME group that has a chance to access our services promoting their overall business image, enabling the emerging technology services in Thailand to sustainably develop.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We set up our vision on One Stop ICT Service as a ICT leader providing comprehensive ICT services to business organizations. Our strength is based on the fact that we own ICT infrastructures including Internet gateway, Data Center, Cloud Computing, and Internet Network connection infrastructure system together with teams of professional engineers capable of collaborating with both domestic and overseas partners by not adhering to any one particular brand, and they have eventually been entrusted.

1. Leased LineOur main revenue is generated from the Leased Line service

that is considered an Internet service of high quality and flexible for customers’ various needs. In spite of increasing in domestic consumption of this service line, the revenue in this section has been steady due to unfavorable economic conditions and competition in prices from giant entrepreneurs, causing contant price drops.

Although the revenue of Internet services for corporate customers tends to slowly grow, we can always increase the number of customers (circuits) and corporate customers have continuously used the services. We emphasize on providing quality Internet services to corporate customers, which is deemed a strategy to expand this customer base rather than competing on prices of compromised quality.

2. One Stop ICT Services for corporate customersThe ICT solution services for corporate customers have

potentials to grow more as the market of these services and customers’ need have dramatically expanded because every organization currently implements ICT system to reduce their expenditure and enhance their potentials on competitiveness, regardless of Internet, Computer, and Communication. This market includes 2 major service provider groups: the first group is the international service provider that is usually from overseas, presenting fixed products, services, and management. Their services may be barely comprehensive. Otherwise, when it comes to comprehensive service presentation, the prices are quite high and merely suitable for giant organizations. The second group is the local service provider that is usually in small-to-medium size. They have their field of expertise and may not comprehensively meet their customers’ needs. To this point, CS LOXINFO is a company ready to provide services

to both mentioned groups abreast of professional teams and readiness of network system together with reasonable price proposal that meet our customers’ needs at best.

Type of domestic customers’ needs • Corporate customers in need of a single one stop ICT service

provider in order to alleviate inconsistent operational risks in terms of ICT system, Network system, Internet and Data Center, and Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) cloud computing system.

• Organizations in need of equipment, hardward and software from different yet compatible brands by selecting them based on utmost functionality and their met needs rather than lower price issue.

• Organizations that lack readiness of IT personnel; therefore, they need to use a variety of expertise including Internet, computer, and communication in order to synchronize their ICT system operations.

• Customers in need of credible domestic service providers having a security system that meets the standards and offering quick after-sale services along with instant and timely solutions.

3. Data CenterRecently, the Data Center has sharply grown on a continuous

basis following customers’ increasing market’s needs in many industries.

CS LOXINFO’s Data Center customer groups• Corporate customers in need of migrating their ICT system

from their office into a Data Center for more efficiency and security of their operational system, and to reduce investments in purchasing hardware, software, or building a server room or their own Data Center of which the construction requires electrical and cooling systems that must meet the standards, causing high value of investment.

• Customer group in the content business that has increasingly expanded due to popularity of today’s consumers watching more streaming via their PCs in their residence or via smartphones or tablets.

• Financial institution customer group in necessary need of a backup system or site in response to disasters and unexpected events or to enhance their Internet transaction business efficiency.

• Customer group providing online services i.e. games, e-commerce, social applications etc. that tends to grow on a quantum leap basis as a result of Thai people’s more confidence in Internet transaction activities.

In today’s Data Center business, some service providers open their new Data Centers in other provinces, but we still can meet the needs of customers who would like easily accessible Data Centers with availability of comprehensive services, which is considered our strength.

4. High-speed Internet for condominium residents (NET X)

In 2016, we lauched our High-Speed Internet service for condominium residents living in more than 250 condominiums located along the BTS skytrain lines. It has received a good feedback thanks to our existing infrastructurs and Internet service resources. The bandwidth rate reducing at night time because the majority of customers are corporate organizations mainly using Internet in business hours; therefore, we can do a marketing with the condominium resident group at a lower price range, but the service remains of quality and the Internet speed can meet this customer group’s needs in absence of tied-in additional and unnecessary services.

At present, the proportion of income generated from the high-speed Internet services for this customer group accounts for 2% of the company’s total revenue. We still have a plan to expand more service territory for the condominium resident customer group, making this service tend to more sharply grow and would further be our important revenue.

5. Software as a Service for SME groupWith our experiences and potentials of being a comprehensive

ICT service provider, we have always notices problems in using software services faced by corporate organizations. CS LOXINFO PLC. hence developed a brand-new software named Software as a Service or SaaS, an online software service to meet the needs of using and solve problems of old software that corporate organizations have constantly encountered.

Software as a Service is a software service that definitely transforms the old form of this service requiring software installation in computer or servicer into an online use where users can use the softward through a browser where Internet connection is required. This means a user’s computer will solely function as an output display and command input unit. The software processing and data storage will be CS LOXINFO’s Data Center that has a security standard and is always under care of officers. In foreign countries, the online software service especially the Software as a Service is a ground-breaking wave that is highly popular among SME group as they can use this service as if it was tab water or electrical power in absence of high investment. It is just opened and instantly usable. The starting service fee is affordable for SME group. It reduces costs of investment in hardward and software license and alleviates the IT management complexity. SERVICE STRATEGY

• Increasing the number of bandwidth in the existing customer base to serve increasing consumption according to the trends of social networking, Cloud computing, big data and mobility.

• Increasing the number of network in the existing customer base by augmenting backup Internet networks to enable customers to continuously use Internet despite emergency situation where the old Internet network is down.

• Launching IT solution products and services to serve increasing number of branchs of the existing customer base, which is a combination of intenet network center connecting between head offices and branches for more efficiency in overall internal manangement of a customer’s corporate organization.

We carried out a customer satisfaction survey for corporate customer group. It continuously surveys on their satisfaction on their service consumption and CS LOXINFO’s employees providing the service 4 times a year. We have an independent contractor to conduct this survey in order to gain real information for further development on the products, services, and personnel or CS LOXINFO to the finality of better and better efficiently.

MARKETING STRATEGY

1. Perseverance on services satisfying customers’ needs to maintain the quality trusted by customer

For over a decade, we have positioned our Internet services with a focus on being a premium Internet service provider in order to satisfy different types of needs of corporate clients. Although we expanded our comprehensive ICT services derived from our former business, the Internet services, we persist in accessing to customers’ needs by mastering our expertise and responsibility for both before-sale and after-sale services at the level when customers can experience satisfaction.

2. Aim to develop the product and service quality with availability of comprehensive solutions that satisfy customers’ needs

We intend to manage both domestic and international Internet exchange so it is adequate for customers’ use and business growth. Meanwhile, we collaborate with our business partners to continuously develop domestic and international networks. In addition, we collaborate with our internationally accepted ICT business partners to improve solutions that satisfy customers’ needs under the ISO9001 quality control, the ISO27001 information safety and security system standard, and the ISO20000 information service management system standard that clearly specify the parameters and performance review.

3. Keeping good relationship with customersWe focus on creating utmost customer satisfaction on a

• For a good customers’ information protection, we made an information system used in dividing and determining our employees’ accessibity to the system and customers’ information according to their department, division, power and duties as well as frequency of password change and revocation or their rights in case of their termination of employment.

• In addition to the determination of our employees’ right to such accessibility, we set up a regulation on non-disclosure

of information so that they hold it as part of their duties and responsibilities during their term of employement in our company and for 2 more consecutive years from the cessation of their employment contract. We have a suitable IT resources poicy that is a guideline appropriately used in an organization for efficient use and protection against damage or leak of information and to increase our information security.

The majority of our customers are corporate customers in need of a variety of IT needs. We have a corporate customer service center that promptly responds to customers’ needs and solves their problems. There are relatively quality indicators in many aspects including 1. We have a regulation on complaint procedure where customers can file a complaint to the corporate customer service center. It is required that every complaint must be analyzed, solved and explained or agreed with customers. All complaints and solutions will be recorded in the system for further analysis and protection planning and repeat problem reduction faced by current and future customers.

We have good and open relationships with all of our local and international business partners, including network service providers and world-class ICT product developers, without favoring any specific partner. BOARD SELF-ASSESSMENT

The Board of Directors evaluates its own performance as a whole and individual basis (Board Self-Assessment) annually in order to assess and improve the directors’ own fiduciary duties and their compliance with corporate governance policy.

For the year 2016 Board agreed with the recommendation of Nomination and CG Committee for the annual performance evaluations of the Board, Board’s Sub Committees (including a review by the committee of its own performance).

ANTI-CORRUPTION

CS LOXINFO Pcl. gives priority to the anti -corruption by engaging in the certified membership of the Private Sector Collective Coaliation Against Coruption. Since, 2014, we set up the practice regulation in writing in the ethic chapter of our corporate governance policy, and the antiy-bribery and anti-corruption policy.

All levels of executive management support the ethical practice and behave themselves as a good example and supervise the operations of all units in accordance with relevant rules, regulations and orders whereby employees should know and understand the ethics and the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies via intranet and the company’s website as well as trainings and new employee orientation and self-assessment regarding the compliance with the ethics and the company’s anti-corruption policy. They are also invited to

be members of the Private Sector Collective Coaliation against Coruption. On the Anti -Corruption Day held on September 11th, 2016 at Sanam Luang, our management and employees’ representatives joined the private and public sectors to express the power to urge awareness of making good against the anti-corruption.

Further, we appropriately organize a complaint channel via the whistle blower syste and other channels. Persons who complain will be protected in accordance with our policy of complaint and clue of offence and corruption. Our independent internal department directly reporting to the Board of Directors t is also available to perform the revision of any complants that would shed a light on corruption. However, in 2016, there was no complaint on anti-corruption occurrence.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The Board of Directors therefore determines a corporate governance policy with respect to the SET’s guideline. We comply with it since August 10th, 2004. We have annually revised in accordance with the economic and social conditions. Until today, it is the 13th edition of our revision.

We have also a policy for our directors, executive management, and employees to comply with the ethics that is considered a part of this corporate governance policy for the purpose of clarity to practice. We set up an anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy approved by the Board of Directors to demonstrate our stance on all forms of anti-bribery and anti-corruption. We realize that bribery and corruption are a serious danger for the fair and free trade, which will cause damage

to the economic and social development. In addition, we engage in the signing of the Declaration of Intent of Practices of Thailand’s Private Sector Corrective Action Coaliation Against Corruption: CAC. We collaborate with the public sector, media, and international organizations to build up a transparent business operation standard. On July 4th, 2014, we received a certificate of membership of such practice from the Board of Directors of the CAC.

We have a policy on remuneration, allocation of benefits in both pecuniary form and other additional fringe benefits that we take into account based on the moral system. The remuneration is considered on the following:

According to sustainable development framework of the United Nations, all organizations need to support world social care to reduce disparity in society for the world peace and prosperity. Concurrently, it is essential to learn to maximize natural resources consumption by efficiently finding new way of usage or reuse or develop. As a result, the existing resources are conserved and even increased sustainably to be made available for the use of our future generations.

Under mentioned framework, the Company has improved the work procedure which creates least environmental impact and maximizes positive impact. REDUCTION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION

We endeavor to reduce energy consumption in many approaches i.e. compaign for our employess to save electrical energy. The Data Center design gives a new feature of the Cloud to become the Green Data Center by installing solar slabs on the rooftop to reduce sunlight incidence over there. This is also an increase of air grab between solar slabs and the rooftop, reducing heat penetration into the upper part of the building. For the computer room walls, we design double-layer walls having

air grabs to reduce heat penetration into the side of the building as well, decreasing the work of the cooling system to reduce energy consumption. For the steps outside the computer room, glass walls are used to receive natural lighting to reduce lighting from electrical power consumption. Furthermore, we changed the specifications of T5 fluorescent lamps to T8 LED lamps or down light LED lamps instead of building a Data Center on the 3rd floor of the cloud office.

Waste quantity and disposal We produce waste from our operations, but it merely includes

consumed water, paper, deteriorated battery in a certain amount. We dispose of it by ordinary methods including:• Consumed waste water is treated in prefabricated waste

water treatment tanks.• Waste paper: in case of general paper, we sell it or toss it in

garbage bins that the Bangkok authority will get it to dispose of it normally; in case of paper containing information that is not supposed to be disclosed, our employees will shred it with paper shreddes in the first place and dispose of it in garbage bins later managed by the authority.

An energy - saving campaign in the office facilities is organized by the name 3Ps Activity. Fostering discipline and safe behaviours for our employees through trainings on security for every new employee before starting their works is conducted by our security officer in professional level.

The energy saving campaign i.e the 3P Activity is welcome by every individual employee to campaign for electrical energy saving collaboration in this activity.

A campaign raises our employees’ awareness to learn to consume energy and appreciate its value i.e. using more technology, but use less paper, store documents in electronic formats to reduce working time1. Selection of a location of the date center arrangement in

proper positions to avoid sunlight during day time.2. Design of double-layer walls to reduce heat incidence from

the outside to maintain different temperature of the Data Center’s walls.

3. Installation of solar slabs to reduce direct light incidence on the rooftop and produce ventilation.

4. The Data Center should be efficiently managed. Consideration should be taken into worthy energy consumption based on energy generated to computer devices and that to the cooling system for heat ventilation for computer devices, which should be at proper criteria. We expect to manage the PUE rate to become lower than 2.0.

For over a decade, we have collaborated in promoting and supporting the non-formal education organization along with the education outside of a standard school setting in Lampang Province since 2007 for the purpose of cooperating in improving the education that covers all target groups from the newborn to senior age “with a focus of human development” to strengthening the community so that they wisely know through

tricky changes and rely on themselves with availability of tools and accessibity to news as well as pieces of fast news that will be compiled based on different information for analysis, improvement and correction of themselves and community to safeguard themselves and secure the community to live their life happily, which will result in the “Strong Thai Education, Strong Thailand”.

• Training act ivi ty on basic use of information technology organized for 14 teachers from the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Huai Khwang District (NFE of Huai Khwang District, Bung Khum Sub-district, Phayathai District, Wungthonglang District) to support them to know how to create a basic website on a prefabricated website management platform for the purpose of their use and benefits in the education system.

• Training activity on the use of basic Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for 20 students of the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Outside of a Standard School Setting (NFE Huykwang) to expand their equal educational opportunity and bring about further utmost utilization of it in the educational system.

We will expedite to create learning society in a form of a social business by using an ICT center as a knowledge learning resource for community’s products to bring back income to the community. At the end of August 2016, we keep on continuing this activity with a training “How to Get Rich by Running a Business on Facebook” under the concept “Creating Shared Value (CVR)” by teaching them an e-marketing system. This activity was held for the first time in 2011 under the theme “Thailand’s Changing Point” to make change on the Thai society to transcend the treachery of the corruption and to urge all sectors of the Thai society to join their hands to resist all forms of corruption and change to disapproval of corruption in the social value. This National Anti-Corruption Day is held under the concept “Karma of Corruption” to unit the power of the awaken citizens to declare the intention of anti-corruption.

The Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education (ONIE) of Jea Hom Sub-district was awared the consolation prize for its “Electrical Equipment to Produce Wind Energy” Project in this national scientific project competition on August 20th, 2016.
