In the circumstances explained by the Legislature Secretariat in the reference 4th read above Government hereby accord permission to engage the following services on outsourcing basis in the Telangana Legislature Secretariat, duly following the guidelines issued by the Government in the G.O., 1st read above and as amended from time to time, for a period of one year or till the need ceases whichever is earlier:
