KAIDE has focused on plastic pipe extrusion technology for more than 20 years, especially for high

speed pipe extrusion lines and multi-layer composite pipe extrusion lines.

The reason, why keeping more than 20 years’ consistent development, provide new plastic pipe

PERT/HDPEPipe production line

◆ High efficient five section type screw and barrel, to ensure fast plasticizing & dispersion effect.

◆ Gravimetric material feeding system is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter &

line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other

benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.

◆ Spiral pressure-storage die head effectively overcomes the instantaneous fluctuation of extrusion

pressure, realizing high speed pipe extrusion with stable pressure.

◆ Vacuum and calibrating system is further optimized based on our previous high speed pipe

extrusion line technology; with better structure the pipe calibrating and cooling has become more

effective.

◆ Fully automatic pipe winder; The whole process from reel changing to pipe cutting and winding is

automatic. SIMENS PLC controlled separately and can be synced with line production speed.

◆ SIMENS programmable PLC control with big color touch screen. Having multi-point close-loop

control and synchronous system, which ensure the easy and reliable operation of the line.

PPR/Glass-fiber PP-RPipe production line




◆ High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced plastic material, to guarantee the long

service life and high speed extrusion.

◆ Adjustable co-extrusion die head can ensure even thickness of three layers. Each layer thickness

can be adjusted freely; no need to adjust the extruder’s rotating speed.

◆ Multi-group rollers clamping structure hauling machine, which completely overcomes the vibration

EVOH oxygen barrierPipe production line

◆ EVOH is shorten of Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol Polymer.With excellent performance EVOH oxygen

barrier pipes are widely used in the radiator connector, cold hot water, floor heating and

air-conditioning pipe, industrial pipe line, fire pipe line, marine pipe line and other fields.

◆ The composite pipe structures are three or five layer, and co-extruded by several extruders and

co-extrusion die head, making the composite pipe bond firmly with precise size.




◆ EVOH oxygen barrier pipes have many advantages, such as excellent non-permeability and scent

preservation, good anti-ultraviolet ray and other radiations, which greatly enlarge pipe’s lifespan and

effectively avoid breeding of bacteria inner pipes.

◆ Production line series: Three or five layer PB/EVOH, PERT/EVOH, PEX/EVOH, PPR/EVOH, and

◆ Drip irrigation pipe is widely used in water saving irrigation field, such as vegetables, flowers and

trees, greenhouse etc. The dripper distance can be adjusted according to demands of different crops.

Multi-layer HDPEPipe production line

Butt welding PAPPipe production line

◆ Argon arc butt welding technology is applied in this plastic aluminum composite pipe production line.

Using Fronins brand welder; welding current is automatically controlled by pulling speed. Double

welding guns are equipped for instantaneous automatic working change.
