Wow! What a wonderful 2014 and YOU made it happen for us. We’re very excited for 2015 and we’d like to share with

you how we are stepping outside the box in terms of toy making, if we can even call it that. We’ve launched 40 NEW items

this year including 2 BRAND NEW categories; PlanHome™ and PlanWorld™. Time seems to fly by so fast and it feels like

yesterday we were introducing our award winning “WOODEN” Water Toys and now we’re introducing even more! Before

Eco-Efficiency Manufacturing

PlanToys® is a Carbon Neutral company. Last year, we manufactured approximately 2.5 million toys that released 2,569,373 kg of CO2. Each year we also planted over 9,000 trees which helped absorb over 2,700,000 kg of CO2.

Biomass GasificationPower Plant

Surplus wood pieces from our production are also used in our Biomass generator to produce electricity for the whole factory and villages around the PlanToys® factory.

Solar EnergyThe Children Museum’s lighting and power are generated by solar panels. This form of energy helps reduce electricity usage and waste.

FSC (CoC)PlanToys® is certified under the category of FSC chain of custody (CoC). This certification tracks FSC certified material through the production process-from forest to customer- and includes all stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing and distribution.

ASTM & EN71Quality Assurance testing is conducted with state of the art equipment at an on-site laboratory prior to sending toys out for third party international testing. All PlanToys® products exceed international safety standards including both ASTM (USA) and EN71 (Europe).

OHSAS 18001OHSAS 18001 is for safety and healthy work environment to our staffs both in the office and factory.

ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

ISO 9001 is a certificate for achieving world-class product quality and service standards. ISO 14001 is a certificate for environmental management.

Children and Community Club

This project gives children the opportunity to participate in various enrichment activities during school holidays and Thai Children's Day in January. It has been an extremely beneficial program for the children of PlanToys® employees, as well as those in nearby communities.

FoundationThe foundation consists of a public library, a park, a hermitage and a magazine that highlights environmental and healthy lifestyle issues.

PlanToys® Children Museum

The Children’s Museum displays the fascinating history of toys. It has over 10,000 visitors each year. It provides educational fun that teaches children about nature, society, and the environment.

Reforestation Program

By collaborating with Plan Group each year we arrange an annual «PlanLoves the Forest Program». In the past 8 years, we have planted over 40,000 plants in Chiyaphum province, which covers 2,000 acres.

Mom-made Toys is where PlanToys®, LOWE (Thailand), designers, engineers, academic child specialists and mothers of children with special needs work together to create three type of toys for children with the following disabilities: Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Visual Impairment.

Rubber TreesPlanToys® are made from natural rubber wood trees that no longer produce latex. To keep the wood pure, no fertilizer is added to the soil three years prior to cut the trees down.

PlanWood™

PlanWood™ is another high quality, safe and sustainable material in our toy-making process. This material will be used in harmony with our solid rubberwood.

Water-Based Dyes

PlanToys® does not use chemical dyes containing lead or any other heavy metals.

Organic ColorPigment

PlanToys® commits itself to find the best eco-friendly material. The organic color is not only good for children but also for our environment.

Chemical-FreeKiln-Dried

To strengthen the wood, PlanToys® uses a chemical-free kiln-drying process.

Non-Formaldehyde Glue

PlanToys® is assembled using a certified E-Zero formaldehyde free glue in place of traditional toxic wood glue.

Soy Ink and Recycled Paper

Recycled paper and Soy ink are used for our printed materials. Soy ink is more readily biodegradable and can be recycled more efficiently than standard chemical ink.

Adaptive Toys for special needs childrenFor over 30 years now, PlanToys® is constantly pushing boundaries in making educational toys to be more interactive and fun as well as flexible and responsive to the children’s needs and circumstances.

This «Adapted Toys series», our latest brainchild, is dedicated to children with special needs.

Our team of designers and specialists in the area have come up with a range of special needs toys that understand and respond to the children’s different characteristics and their functional development.

With our desire to create a series of toys that truly aid the development of children with special needs, PlanToys® haspartnered with a solid group of experienced mothers with special needs children.

Through this meaningful collaboration, we have designed and produced an original series of learning toys for 3 groups of children with different special needs, which are children with cerebral palsy, autism and visually impaired.
