   EXHIBITOR  BOOTH  RENTAL  TERMS  

• 100%  payment  is  required  upon  commitment.  • Exhibit  space  may  not  be  shared  with  other  organizations  unless  they  are  part  of  the  same  

ownership  structure.  • Booth  selection  order  will  be  based  first  on  an  organization’s  total  spend  with  CIRI  National.  An  

organization’s  total  spend  includes  sponsorship,  exhibit  booths,  events,  membership  and  advertising.  

• All  booth  cancellations  much  be  received  in  writing.  Cancellations  received  more  than  30  days  prior  to  the  exhibitor  arrival  date  are  subject  to  a  $500  cancellation  fee.  Cancellations  received  less  than  30  days  prior  to  the  event  are  liable  for  the  entire  cost.
