indeed our statement of qualification. Please spare some time to read about us and know firsthand about

our company's capabilities and experience.

We are a general contracting firm with a diverse team of experts spreading from management,

engineering, design, supervision and other very skillful crafts men. We are also highly focused on our

ability to meet client demands, thus enabling us to provide a business atmosphere and service that is

unrivalled in our operational market.

We also and have the capacity and experience necessary to undertake any turn-key assignment in

installing , maintainace , safety and general supplies of elevator and escalator across Afghanistan.

Khaliqyar Elevator Company (KEC):

Is the biggest elevator technology provider in Afghanistan, specialized in the design , install ,

maintainace , safety and service of vertical elevator and escalator with the certificate number of

16718 of Ministry of Commerce.

With more than 10 years effort, KEC now installs a variety of products to meet the customer

individuated requirement Including passenger elevator, bed elevator, home elevator,

residential elevator, car elevator, hydraulic elevator, machine room less elevator and escalator.

Nowadays KEC is already a well-known provider in home and abroad, since established in 2003,

the order quantity rise up by 20% every year and annual installation capacity of Khaliqyar

Elevator Company is 40 sets.

There are 2 branches in Kabul and one in Mazar-e-sharef province and several agents in

different provinces.

At present, we are importing elevator and escalator from Chinese , Turkish , Iranian and Italian

popular companies like Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator , Fuji-HD Elevator , XIWU Elevator , Duoda

Elevator , FUPA Elevator, Nawen Hadad Elevator , Afraz Asanbar Tos……etc

Background and Experience:

The main purpose of the forming this company is to share our technical and financial resources

for installing or /and implementation of construction related development and rehabilitation

project in Afghanistan for have a pace in assisting the people of Afghanistan.

Khaliqyar Elevator Company (KEC) and its professional staff is all expert of installing and

maintainace of any extensive and intensive elevator and escalator related any construction and

services projects.

They have been playing their best role in the reconstruction of Afghanistan since long time.

Some member companies such as PVC, Glass, Aluminum and others are equipped to share their

resources under leading of KEC as joint venture for participating in the activities for most

projects for present best quality of work.

KEC is a well-established elevator and escalator company which through the submission of

proposals would like to successfully, manage and implement the projects.

KEC is qualified, skillful, experienced, well-equipped and dedicated registered Afghan

construction firm in the field of installing, design management and implementation as well as

installation consultancy and the member of KEC, in particular are Afghan Construction Firms

that have implemented many similar construction projects with government and private

resorts.

Gearing all these expertise towards a single objective under a well-organized leadership, results

in progression which in its turn ensures greater success of the intended project.

KEC has designed and implemented and/or implementing significant number of various

elevator and escalator projects such as Residential Area, Hospitals, Offices, Hotels, Guest

houses and other.

KEC possesses relevant knowledge and has gained valuable experience in the design of different

sorts of elevator used for different purposes.

design, management, and implementation of new projects.

Methods:

For implementing of project, different methods and techniques should be applied, in other

words a methodology should be developed and necessary techniques should be utilized in

order to follow that.

The stating point of the methodology for a project is to set up a project management system in

parallel to the facts summarized in earlier section , the system should be set up in main office

realized on the site and again , traced by the main office .

The next step should be to form the technical staff according to the needs of the particular

project and the company quality system.

For this project it is estimated that technical foremen, safety office and other supporting staff

would be necessary for the completion of the project. The technical staff is planned to stay at

the site during the project and all necessary facilities will have been constructed and

mobilization will have been completed before the commencement of the construction work.

Before the start of the construction works all project and site inputs should be re-evaluated and

final decisions should be made for uncertain details.

At the same time local materials and workmanship usage should be assessed and logistics

should be studied accordingly, at this point KEC’s experience in Afghanistan is an important

factor for the successful completion of the project.

The design of the project is also to be prepared by KEC in house design team. KEC has an

experienced project design team for the purpose. This group can design for any type of building

according to the accepted standards and customer requirement.

Safety Plan:

KEC with its Main members are having a long record of its services without hazard occurrence

during their implemented projects, all performances of the company are resulted with no

considerable accident. Since is a coarse of actions taken for having a careful attention for

protecting the health of human resource and safe maintenance of material and equipment of

the projects , therefore it has been planning by the company to have Zero Accident

Performance (ZAP).

The KEC by having trained personnel in project safety and health requirements, has a careful

attention regarding the site clearance of site security, equipping of labors with safety equipping

of labors with safety equipment, hazard analysis prior to start every individual activity,

precautions for hazards, treatment of labors in case of injury occurrence, provision of potable

water for labors, training of labors and a proper reporting system to ensure safety of the

project site.

As per clear record of the companies no single fatality or injury has been happened to the

workers, staff, visitor’s governmental officials and project site neighboring inhabitants.

Although 100% safety cannot be guaranteed, but it is the plan of the KEC to identify safety

measures and requirements for applying 100% safety plan and avoiding hazard occurrence

opportunity in the site, the company will have proper plan for monitoring, management and

implementation mechanism, which in particular locates risks and hazards area and make proper

arrangement for avoiding the risks.

Also we use different recognized signs /signals , temporary non=removable obstacles and

directing boards during the work and provide the staff different tools such as masks , glasses ,

gloves , shoes , safety dress and other personal protection equipment necessary for their

safety.

Management Plan :

KEC is a local Afghan company with all Afghans in the management, technical division,

installation, maintenance, and design and construction process. Our staff is very well qualified

with vast experience in national and international organizations within Afghanistan in very

remote and high risk areas.

KEC own a large number of installation equipment, the Project Manager would be an Afghan

Engineer well qualified in the terms of installation and maintenance according to the

requirement of the project and would be supported by the main office technical division and

Program Manager, in case KEC feels that more technical personnel is needed on the project site

will support this requirement by our other technical staff at the main office.

Project Management:

KEC has always tried to implement the projects according to the contract scope of work and

technical specification to meet the customer requirement.

KEC has already selected a qualified project construction team including a Project Manager with

great experience, who successfully implemented several projects.

Financial Capacity:

The internal working structure of KEC makes it possible to have ready working capital for any

project at hand , this is because the company is owned by the top management , who all work

in Afghanistan and are able to distribute the funds over 15,000,00.00 USD , accordingly thereby

avoiding any cash-flow problems.

KEC currently uses banking services of accredited banks including Kabul Bank and our company

has the financial capacity and capability to run and execute projects with value of more than

15,000,00.00 USD inside Afghanistan.
