2015-16 SePRO Golf Pinnacle Program

Program Qualifications: Purchase a minimum of $2,500 of any combination of SePRO PGR’s and Guaranteed Aquatic Solutions and take delivery of all products by April 29, 2016 to earn a rebate.

Early Order Purchase Period: PGRs - October 1, 2015 through January 29, 2016. SePRO Guaranteed Aquatic Solutions - October 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016.

Base Rebate %: Qualifying purchases include SePRO PGRs and Guaranteed Aquatic Solutions. Use the chart on the opposite page to determine your base rebate percentage.

PGR + Aquatic Solution Combo Bonus: Earn an additional 2% rebate by purchasing at least $1,500 of any Aquatic Solution(s) and at least $1,500 of any PGR(s).

Legacy Reward: Legacy purchases qualify for an additional 13% rebate, if the qualifying purchase minimum is met.

Rebate Payments: To receive your Pinnacle rebate visit SePRO.com/Pinnacle and complete the form no later than May 6, 2016. Rebates will be paid either in the form of a credit toward your account with the authorized SePRO agent, or as a check made payable to your business. Purchases must be paid in full to receive a rebate. Rebates will be issued by August 31, 2016.

Program Details • The Algae Solution is designed for both irrigated and non-irrigated ponds, while the

Algae & Weed Solution is ONLY designated for non-irrigated water bodies.– To resolve emergent weed issues or weed issues in irrigated water bodies,

contact your SePRO Technical Specialist.• Cost for each solution is based on season-long control of 1 acre of water with an

average depth up to 5 feet.• A prescription guide will be included with each solution, providing signs and

symptoms of algae and weed growth to look for as well as easy-to-follow application rate, timing and methodology.

Getting Started 1. Determine what geographic category you are located in based on the map provided.

– If you are located within the Central region, you must purchase at least one South Solution for every 2 acrespurchased. One South and one North Solution is recommended.

–When purchasing one solution or an odd number of solutions, the odd numbered solution must be a South Solution. 2. Provide the number of acres you wish to treat by category (algae control only and/or algae & weed control).3. Place your order prior to March 31, 2016 with your authorized SePRO agent of choice.4.  Implement the Treatment Prescription Guide at the onset of algae (and weed) growth in the Spring 2016. Note, the initial Sonar

application for the North region must be applied no later than May 15, 2016, April 1, 2016 for the South region and April 20, 2016 for the Central region.

5.  Maintain routine applications throughout the season following the Treatment Prescription Guide.
