In this guide you will find important information allowing you to make the most of your Canucks experience, including programs exclusive to you as a Ticket Member, information on fan experience when attending games and much more. As a member of the Canucks family, you have access to a number of exclusive benefits outlined on the Ticket Member Programs page, which are aimed to help you manage your Canucks ticket package and enhance your overall experience.

NHL TICKET EXCHANGEThe NHL Ticket Exchange will be available for full season ticket members to post their tickets for sale! This official resale site of the NHL® offers buyers legitimate, valid tickets that no other site can guarantee.

• All regular season games are available for you to sell

• Your seats are now viewed by a wider audience, including NHL fans from nhl.com, with no membership required to purchase

• Sold tickets are subject to a 5% administrative fee on the value in comparison to a 10% fee on a majority of resale sites

• Cash back option allows you to receive a cheque within two weeks of your ticket sale

• Option to add information to describe your seats (ie. “On the aisle”)

• Option to set your initial posting price and let the system automatically adjust it based on the average posting price of seats in your section

CANUCKS MEMBER CARDIn addition to identifying you as a Canucks Ticket Member, your Canucks Member Card acts as your:

CANUCKS TEAM STORE DISCOUNT CARD Present your card with photo ID at the Canucks Team Store or kiosks at Rogers Arena and receive 20% off regular-priced merchandise.

CONVENIENT CASH CARD Load your card online to use at participating concession stands, the Canucks Team Store or Team Store kiosks at Rogers Arena for faster transactions. Additional Canucks Member Cards are available up to the number of seats in your account (to a maximum of four cards).

SEASON TICKET MEMBER OF THE GAMEWe are pleased to honour our valuable season ticket members at every home game by recognizing a Season Ticket Member of the Game. Those selected as Season Ticket Member of the Game will be notified in advance to confirm arrangements for their special evening, including:

• Pre-game dinner for two in the Scotiabank Captains Room

• A jersey crested with name & number and signed by a Canucks player

• Behind-the-scenes tour of the press box and an ice level view of the pre-game skate

• Special in-game spotlight later featured on canucks.com

CANADIAN ARMED FORCES NIGHTTUESDAY, JANUARY 27 vs ANAHEIM DUCKS

In honour of those who serve our country, the game on Tuesday, January 27 will be celebrated as Canadian Armed Forces Night. Thanks to the generosity of ticket members like you, we’ve been able to send many local military to a designated game in the past four seasons. Ticket donations will be accepted until Friday, January 9 to allow for timely distribution.

TICKETS FOR KIDS DONATION PROGRAMIf you are unable to attend a game, you can donate your tickets to the Tickets for Kids program. Donated tickets are passed on to a specially-selected children’s charity and the Canucks for Kids Fund will issue a charitable tax receipt for the value of the tickets. Please note that ticket donations for the Tickets for Kids Program must be received at least two business days prior to the game to allow for distribution to a charity.

There are three ways to donate your tickets for both programs:

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT• Respect the game and your fellow fans• Drink responsibly• Sit in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked• Keep banners and signs respectful• Don’t obstruct others’ view of the game• Have fun and cheer loudly!

ALL TICKET MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF GUESTS OCCUPYING THEIR SEATS. MISCONDUCT MAY RESULT IN TICKET REVOCATION. Please familiarize yourself with Rogers Arena Conditions of Admittance and Code of Conduct available on rogersarena.com. Failure to adhere to policies will result in denied entry and/or eviction.

ROGERS ARENA IS A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENTGuests will only be able to smoke prior to entering the building at a distance greater than six metres from any entry door or air intake. In and out privileges will not be granted during events. This policy will be strictly enforced and non-compliance will result in eviction. The smoking of e-cigarettes and vapourizers are also prohibited. WE APPRECIATE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

FAN TEXT SERVICETo report inappropriate fan behaviour, ask a question or request assistance, using your mobile phone, text the number 69050, type the key word ROGERS (followed by a space), with your section, row and seat number, followed by your message.

BUD GOOD SPORT PROGRAMWhen attending games at Rogers Arena, you can pledge to be a designated driver and receive a free non-alcoholic beverage and be eligible to win Canucks prizes. For more information, visit our Guest Services Centres (Section 114 or 310). PLEASE CELEBRATE RESPONSIBLY

OUTSIDE ALCOHOLOutside alcohol is not permitted in Rogers Arena, and guests are subject to a search of their belongings prior to being admitted. If a guest denies having alcohol in their possession and it is found during the search, they will be denied entry. Guests found with outside alcohol in their possession inside Rogers Arena will be subject to eviction.

SEARCH POLICYTo enhance public safety, all fans entering Rogers Arena may be requested to submit to an inspection. This may include: inspection of bags and/or purses, pat-downs, and the use of metal detectors. Vehicles entering the parking garage at Rogers Arena may be subject to an inspection by a detection dog.

CHILDREN ENTERING ROGERS ARENAA child under 36" in height does not require a separate ticket of admission as long as they remain on the lap of an accompanying adult for the entire event. Children over 36" in height require a separate ticket and must sit in their ticketed seat for safety and obstruction reasons and for the consideration of those seated around them. Entry will be denied at the gates if a ticket is not presented for a child exceeding the height limit. Booster chairs are available at Guest Services Centres (Sections 114 or 310) on a first come, first serve basis.

ROGERS ARENA CAMERA POLICYFor the majority of events at Rogers Arena, guests are not permitted to tape or record by using video, audio recording or still camera devices. The use of flash photography and professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses in excess of 75mm) is strictly prohibited by the NHL and many entertainers, and is only allowed with the authorization of Rogers Arena Management. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who possesses such equipment (NOTE: the 75mm refers to the strength of the lens).

RETAILCANUCKS TEAM STOREThe Canucks Team Store is located at Gate 6 at Rogers Arena, with kiosks stationed at section 104, 110, 117, 121, 305, 309, 317 and 328. A second Canucks Team Store location can be found at 1151 Robson Street, along with the Pro Shop situated at the corner of Hastings and Renfrew. Keep in mind, your Canucks Ticket Member discount does not apply at these satellite shops. Exchanges or returns for unworn/unused merchandise in original condition with tags and packaging must be made within 30 days of purchase. An original receipt is required for all exchanges or returns.
