2010 Ford Fiesta championship with several podiums and ‘driver of the day’ awards.

2011 Ford Fiesta championship 2nd in class with 4 race wins, several fastest laps, pole positions, only finishing off the podium once.

2012 Class B championship winner with 10 race wins, 3 second positions, 9 pole positions, 7 fastest laps and 3 lap records.

2013 Ford Fiesta championship Class C, learning year with top 10 results and ‘most improved’ awards.

RACING SUCCESS

The Ford Fiesta Championship is a thriving race series organised by the BRSCC, for one of the UK’s most popular hatchbacks. The British-based Ford Fiesta Championship is spread over eight weekends over the summer/autumn. The 2013 season saw an average field of 40 cars. Each race weekend consists of four 20 minute sessions, practice, qualifying and two sprint races.

The average weekend budget is somewhere between £800 and £1,400. This cost is to cover each race weekends race entry, test day, tyres, consumables, travel and accommodation.

THE CARS

For 2014 Barton motorsport will have two cars on the grid, with our aim set solely on winning in both classes. a Class C car driven by Nik Barton and a brand new Class D car, which the drive is still available. Th is means twice the advert is ing, tw ice the exposure and tw ice the w inn ing !

Although sponsorship packages are tailored to individual company needs, we can offer sponsorship opportunities for any company, irrespective of the level of sponsorship that budgets will allow. This is TV and Media advertising for a fraction of the normal cost, we can offer packages from £500.

TYRE SPONSOR This package is for your company to sponsor tyres for the car for the season, to be competitive two tyres need to be fitted each weekend, the cost for this is £3,500 per season.

AFFILIATE SPONSOR Provide service or sponsorship to the value of £5,000. You would receive advertising space on the car and other equipment at all 8 events.

SINGLE RACE WEEKEND SPONSOR This is when a sponsor covers one race weekend event at a cost of £1,200. You will have your company or individual name on the car for a nominated race weekend.

A dedicated sponsorship package will be agreed and will typically include the following:

Company decals in prominent positions on the race cars, overalls and team clothing.

Availability of the race car for any corporate / open days.

Full television coverage on MotorsTV races are also featured on the Race & Rally UK

programme.

Press releases, race results / race reports issued throughout the season.

Professional photographs of the race cars in action.

Reward your staff by inviting them to one of the race meetings.

Passenger rides at track days when the race cars are available.

The racing is reported on numerous motorsport websites and professional photographers attend each event, so pictures of the cars are distributed across the internet and all forms of media.

EXPOSURE

TV COVERAGE Each round is screened on MotorsTV. It is repeated several times, throughout each month. Lots of footage is also shown from each round on the YouTube video channel via the championship website.

PRINTED MEDIA Press releases and images are sent to Local newspapers. Race reports from each round are displayed on the team and championship websites.
