Agency / National, Political and Non-Profit RatesAn Agency discount of 15% is available on the open rate to advertising agencies pre-qualifiedby the Reporter who also submitpress-ready digital files.

Supplement and insert rates are NET.

Political advertising must be paid in advance. RATE 6X

Non-profits with a 501(c)(3) pre-qualified by the Reporter may use the 26x contract rate. No other discounts apply.

Contract TermsAll contract rates are NET. All rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. This rate cardreplaces all previous rate cards.

Ad Production / CostsThere is no charge for ad production including design, layout and business logo scan byour award winning in-house production department (initial design and one-proof revision.)

Ad SubmissionsAll ads must be submitted in digital form. Min. 300dpi at final size.

If your file is larger than 15MB,please contact our Production Deptartment or your Ad Rep for FTP info.

Build ads to the exact dimensionsstated on the reverse, andsubmit on CD or via email to: [email protected] or [email protected]

Acceptable file formats include:PDFs created in Adobe Acrobat using press optimized joboptions and Acrobat 5 compatibility.

InDesign CS6 files pleaseinclude all image files (TIF, EPS,JPG or BMP), and both screen and printer fonts.

EPS files in which all fonts areturned into paths (outlines) and all images are included in the EPS file ONLY.

TIFs or JPGs contact our Production Department for more information and tips on how to submit your files for the bestreproduction quality.

Fixed Placement PositionsAll guaranteed premium positions are subject to availability and are priced at a 25% surcharge to the rates listed on this rate card. Every effort will be made to accommodate position requestshowever, no page or positionis guaranteed unless the surcharge is applied.

Credit / Payment TermsUpon completion and approval of a credit application, a line of credit will be issued. Thisprocess takes a minimum of 15 working days.

Payment Terms: Net 30 A service charge of 1.5% is addedto all unpaid balances more than30 days old.We accept VISA, MASTERCARD andAMERICAN EXPRESS.

Pre-Printed Inserts1-2 Pages: $75 per thousand3-5 Pages: $85 per thousand6-8 Pages: $95 per thousand9 or more pages: Call for a special quote.
