Engage in face-to-face discussion with

parents/guardians to review academic performances,

character development and other aspects of holistic

development.

• NOT required to fix appt online

• General Office will contact your parent/guardian

• Receives HDP on PTC day

• Required to fix apptonline by 28th May

• Update FT on the timing booked

• Receives HDP on PTC Day

• Offline arrangement to meet subject teachers

• Receives HDP on 29th May if NOT meeting FT.

• Needs not report to school on 30th May

• Required to fix apptonline by 28th May if meeting FT

• To fix appointment to meet FT, parents need to select and ‘book’ preferred timeslot online

Booking period:

26th May Monday (0830) to

28th May Wednesday (2359)

• Log in to ‘Parents’ Portal’ at our school’s AskNLearn LMS to book timeslot.

1) Click on the link – “Click

here to login as a parent”

at LMS log-in page

PTC Appointment Booking - Procedure

2) Input your child’s user

ID field (Child’s NRIC

number)

Example : T1234567A or

S7654321B

The password is set as

parents



3) Click on “Tools” on Menu Bar and click on

the “Consultation Booking” module.





4) Select the date of appointment (30th May) and select the

teacher that you want to meet as per screenshot below:

5) After the date and teacher are selected, select the period e.g.

0800-0815 by clicking on desired time period button.

If the timeslots of the FT are fully booked,

repeat Step 4 by first selecting another FT

and then proceed to Step 5.




6) Then click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button to submit

your request.




7) On the appointment confirmation screen; click on the

confirm appointment button as shown below:

8) The system will confirm the appointment being booked by the

user in the next screen as shown below:



Guide for Parents to Reschedule Appointment

1) Click on “Tools” on Menu Bar and click on the

“Consultation Booking” module.




2) Go to the selected date of consultation. Next, go to the period

that you have booked initially.

Then click on the cross X inside the orange box to delete the

original booking.




3) The screen will refresh and will show available slots for you to

rebook as shown below:

4) Continue with steps as you have done in the initial booking until you

see a confirmation of booking screen.

A confirmation email will provide you the updated booking slot for you

to confirm.
