*** ORDER:

Under Rule 52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 and in pursuance of orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above, the Government hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension to an extent of (75%) of the normal eligible pension to Sri K.V.S.Satyanarayana, Administrative Officer retired from service on 31-12-2010 on superannuation, without prejudice to the outcome of the disciplinary cases pending against him.

2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter.

3. The pension proposals and Service Register received through the reference 2nd read above are returned herewith and the same shall be acknowledged.
