Our new bus was such
a precious gift from
Pam and Tom May—
after 8 long months
without transporta-
tion, they saw the
need and made it hap-
pen. Although not
successful in the
Aviva competition,
the residents and
staff alike had such a
great time participat-
ing in all the activi-
ties.
And, achieving certi-
fication with interna-
tional recognition af-
ter 5 years of hard
work was most re-
warding.
We are so blessed to
have the opportunity
to serve, work, and
partner with such lov-
ing and caring peo-
ple—thank you for al-
lowing us to share in
your lives.
Judy Lane, CEO
As I reflect over the
past year, I want to
pay gratitude to the
many many people who
help fulfill our mission
“Giving Purpose and Meaning to Every Life” every day. God has blessed us with so
many wonderful peo-
ple — our sponsor,
Kings Way Assembly,
our residents and
their families, our
Board of Directors
and leadership team,
staff and volunteers
as well as our commu-
nity partners.
Each part that we do
contributes to our
homes becoming a
place where every in-
dividual can live a life
of variety and sponta-
neity, opportunity,
companionship, of giv-
ing and receiving care
and of having purpose
and meaning in their
life.
Our mission, vision,
values and philosophy
(Eden) guide us in our
every-day work. We
believe so much in
what we do and our
team is so committed
to helping people live
life—not just exist to
be cared for.
As I think back over
the year’s work and
activities, I am most
proud of our new bus
at Kennebec Manor
and achieving certifi-
cation in the way we
deliver our care —
through the Eden
philosophy.

Thank You to Kennebec Staff for all your efforts in raising the funds to update our Family Room. It is beautiful!
The People We Serve
It is the utmost honour to serve the individuals living in our
homes. This population of individuals have built our communities
and paved the way for the quality of life that we now enjoy to-
day. We are grateful to have the opportunity to now honour
them for what they have done for us.
Thank you to Lori Thompson, KWCC for up-dating our Quispamsis Spa. The residents are loving it!

The People Who Make It All Happen
Our Staff
I am proud to say that
even after twelve
years in this position I
continue to be im-
pressed and inspired
by our staff and volun-
teers who go above and
beyond every day.
Through good times
and sad times, and
even power outages
and boil orders, our
staff work to create
the best day possible
for each and every
person.
Among the many care
and support staff that
we hire on an annual
basis, we welcomed
Carol Kent, Community
Event Planner and Jane
Logan, Director of
Care and bid farewell
to Laura Patterson,
Jillian Jones Reid, Ann
Cregan, Deborah Wil-
son and Tracy Scott.
Fortunately we were
able to persuade Tracy
to come back and help
us with other projects.
Thank you for all you
do and all the extra’s
you do every day.
You Make a Differ-ence!
Welcome to Pastor Tim Shaw, new Pastor at Kings
Way Assembly.
Tim and his wife Bonnie have recently joined our
Kings Way family. They have moved all the way
from the state of Maine to be here with us.

There are so many
dedicated people whom

over the years, too
many to list in this re-
port, however I would
like to give special
thanks to those who
continue to support
and love our residents.
