2013 Class Registration Instructions, Procedures, Class Registration Form & Class Schedule On-Line Early Class Registration is for Chapter Representatives ONLY! It does not include early registration for non-chapter members. Delegates and non-members of the GMWA CAN STILL register for classes during the July convention session. CLASS REGISTRATION FORMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON-LINE. See the Forms Section on the GMWA website. There is a 35-day period beginning June 10 th through Ju1y 15 th for Chapter Representatives to register chapter members on-line for the Cincinnati meeting of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Inc. Chapters without computer capabilities should register members for classes at the July session. Unaffiliated (non-members) members must register at the convention. Class Registration is completed in two ways: 1. On-Line Early Class Registration (for Chapters Representatives only); or 2. On-Site Class Registration (completed at our July national meeting). The Procedure: The Early Class Registration System must first be activated. It will not be activated before before JUNE 10, 2013. 1. You must have a (a) PASSWORD and (b) CLASS REGISTRATION ID NUMBER in order to activate the system. 2. Chapter Representatives NOT remembering or knowing their password and ID number, should contact the persons below. They will respond to you within 24-48 hours. Contact Brian Golliday on or after June 10, 2013 at (317) 335-5701, email [email protected] to have the system activated using your distinct password and ID number. You cannot enter the system without it first being activated. 4. Chapter Representatives are requested to follow the convention’s deadline payment date for paying a delegate’s general convention registration fee. Paying the general convention registration fee allows a registered delegate to enroll for classes within the Academic Division. 5. After the system is activated, Chapter Representatives can then register paid members on-line between June 10, 2013 and July 15, 2013 only. 6. Class Admit Slips are no longer needed for persons who are registered early for classes via the On-Line Early Class Registration process. However, you must wear the GMWA Convention Registration Badge to enter classes. 7. Delegates registering for classes AT the general convention session WILL need a Class Admit Slip for each class taken. THIS YEAR, Instructors will not allow you to enter a class without presenting them with a Class Admit Slip and DISPLAYING your GMWA Convention Registration Badge. 2013 Academic Class Schedule

The Academic Division has the primary responsibility for education and curriculum development within the organization. The division is headed by a Dean who is responsible only to the Board of Directors through the administrative operations of its Chair. Classes offered within the Academic Division are grouped in course departments. There are sixteen (16) course departments currently available.
