Philosophy Our endeavor to participate in the building sector, bringing quality consultancy services and offering

our world class experience to the local market. Driven by our core principles, our company believes

that profit can be created from genuine sources. This means that our service has to be directed

towards sustainable business development. That is why our team is prepared to listen to our client’s

opinions, feelings and concerns, knowing by experience that the client is the one who understands

his or her own business.

The team has a high level of skills in the co-ordination of the different consultants, contractors, sub-

contractors and suppliers who are usually involved in the design and construction of various

projects. This has a very strong impact on the control of the quality, the programme and the cost.

Mission Our mission is to create a multidisciplinary platform that will allow the integration of architecture,

engineering and project management.

Vision To us, ST Nubian signifies the creation of an opportunity for growth. It is a platform conformed by

the association of free-minded people, grouped by the interest to succeed and develop challenging

ideas within the architecture, engineering and project management.

We believe that architecture, as physical structures, is created not for the contemplation itself, but

for the life that it is about to hold in the in-between. In the same way, the structures that we create

are to hold the possibility of being.

We foresee ST Nubian sustaining a part of new generation companies, who are leaders in the

building sector, which are dedicated to the development of sustainable projects.

Values Excellence, quality and loyalty to the client, professionalism and confidentiality are the values that

guide our work.

Team Structure

Skills transfer: Work Integrated Learning Programme

ST Nubian integrates students into the different project teams as part of a internal skills

development policy. At present, the company is developing such programs with the Tshwane

University of Technology.

Work-Integrated Learning’ (WIL) describes an approach to career focused education that includes

theoretical forms of learning that are appropriate for technical/ professional qualifications, problem-

based learning (PBL), project based learning (PJBL) and WPL. What distinguishes WIL is the

emphasis on the integrative aspects of such learning. WIL could thus be described as an educational

approach that aligns academic and workplace practices for the mutual benefit of students and

workplaces.

WIL is based on the principle that learning should be demonstrated to be appropriate for a

qualification and should be assessed wherever it takes place or is provided.
