BOOT CAMP SESSION LEADERS JEFF THOMPSON is a managing member of Constangy, Brooks & Smith in its Macon, Georgia office. Jeff has been in practice for over twenty

years and specializes in labor and employment law. In doing so, Jeff provides proactive advice and litigation defense of discrimination charges, wage and hour investigations, FMLA claims and assists in developing union avoidance programs. Jeff also conducts numerous management

training programs across the country instructing management on labor and employment law and how to manage their workforce in today’s

challenging legal environment. Jeff has been appointed by Georgia’s Attorney General to be a Special Assistant Attorney General and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Employers Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. He has also been named one

of the state’s top attorneys in the Legal Elite by Georgia Trend magazine.

JASON C. LOGAN is an associate in the Macon office of Constangy, Brooks and Smith. He is a graduate of University of Georgia, B.A., 2001 and a graduate of Stetson University College of Law (J. D., 2004). Jason represents employers and insurance companies in all aspects of workers’ compensation, including pre-claim counseling. Jason has presented various workers’ compensation seminar topics, as well as a variety

of other legal issues, including ADA, FMLA and garnishments. When not denying claims, Jason enjoys spending time with his family.
