The First Graduating Class of the GLP!

Congratulations to the 20 graduates of Bell's first ever Mobility & Residential

Services Graduate Leadership Program. After 18 months of rotations, socials, learning sessions, birthday donuts, injuries, vacations and much more, we have finally landed!

What does that mean? For starters, we'll be staying put in our new roles for a pretty long time so we can go wild decorating our cubicles. Almost as important is the fact that we

have left the warmth of the Grad bubble and moved into the real Bell (or Virgin) world. The days of booking off afternoons for GLP events, leaving jobs after four months and

relying on Tegan and Vicky for just about everything  are behind us. Now that we've landed, we're faced with a kind of "permanence" that most of us have not yet faced in

our careers. Fortunately, the experiences we've been lucky enough to have so far have given us a pretty great set of tools to find success moving forward, and it will be exciting

to see how each of us progresses in the coming years.

Before we start guessing about the future, let's look to the past. We hope this yearbook provides you with a snapshot of your time as a GLP. We couldn't possibly

capture all of the group's collective accomplishments in one small book, but we did our best to showcase some of the highlights of the past 18 months.

The Best Support

Tegan MonacoFavourite GLP Memory: My proudest memory with the GLP was the first day on-boarding meeting with all of the 1.0 grads and conducting the 2 day orientation meeting. It was a proud moment watching all of the new grads interact with the Executives and watch them participate in our team building sessions. I felt an instant connection with the team and was excited to see the program kick-off with their first round of rotations! List of Jobs done at Bell/Virgin:1.
