We are pleased to present to you the 2011 annual report for The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio, Inc.

We are blessed to live in a community that goes above and beyond to support children, and families in need. Families look to the Ronald McDonald House for help during critical times … and we are right there to assist them … because of you generous support.

You will see in this annual report that we work hard to use the resources provided to us in the most effective manner. We understand that you have choices who to support and we very much appreciate that you chose to support the RMHC mission.

In the coming years, we are committed to doing even more to help further the mission of RMHC of Northwest Ohio and we invite you to do the same by pledging your support. How long have you been working with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio? We started working with RMHC in the fall of 2011. We provided fall cleanup services and continued with winter services and landscape maintenance in 2012.

What do you enjoy the most about being affiliated with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio?The staff at the RMHC of Northwest Ohio does a great job. I enjoy that our team members take the worry of the landscape away so they can concentrate on the families.

How long have the Grounds Guys been in business?In 1987, I started Denker Lawn Care as a means to pay for college. In 1990, I entered into a two year partnership and changed the company name to Springfield Lawn & Landscape LLC. I graduated from The University of Toledo in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. I had built a nice business over the last ten years and decided to continue in it.

In the summer of 2010 I was contacted by the Dwyer Group of Waco, TX regarding a Grounds Guys franchise. I was impressed by the Grounds Guys philosophies, values and systems and joined the GG family in the spring of 2011.
