Overview

The State Associations of Addiction Services (SAAS) is the leading national organizationadvocating on behalf of state associations of prevention, treatment, and recovery providers andthe individuals and families they serve. NIATx is a pioneering improvement collaborative thatworks with organizations across the country to improve access to and retention in treatment.NIATx is part of the Center for Health Enhancement System Studies at the University ofWisconsin-Madison.

The SAAS National Conference and NIATx Summit is the premier national event for leaders whoare invested in the future of addiction treatment services, who are committed to developingemerging organizational leadership, and who are interested in engaging in a dialogue aboutcurrent management issues in the addiction treatment field.

Exhibitors at the 2010 conference have the opportunity to advertise on the conference website. Demonstrate your services or product first-hand in the NIATx/SAAS product demonstrationshowcase. Meet with conference attendees in a small, intimate setting where you can capturetheir attention with a live demonstration of your services. All product showcase registrationsinclude an LCD projector and screen at no additional charge. You must provide your owncomputer system. Don't let this first come, first served opportunity pass you by.

All sponsors and exhibitors will be listed on the "Meet our sponsors and exhibitors" page of theconference Web site, but only those who have elected to upgrade their listing will be identifiedon the conference home page.

Additional Information for Exhibitors/Sponsors:

All exhibitors and sponsors will be listed (company name, address, contact info.) in theconference program.

Set-up for exhibit booths begins at noon on Sunday, July 11 and booths must be ready andstaffed for the welcome reception from 5:00-7:00 p.m. that evening. Booths must remain openand staffed until the trade show ends on Tuesday, July 13, at 1:30 p.m.

An official trade show decorator and drayage firm will be identified and an exhibit services kitwill be sent to exhibitors approximately two months prior to the conference.

Hotel

The 2010 SAAS National Conference and NIATx Summit will be held at the CincinnatiConference Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have reserved a block of rooms for conferenceattendees at a special rate of $129 (standard rate) or $115 (government rate with validgovernment identification) per night at the Millennium Hotel. Please ask for the SAASConference room block when calling to make your room reservations. To make hotelreservations, call: (513)352.2100 or (800)876.2100,. A limited number of rooms have beenreserved in the room block. Make your reservations by June 30, 2010 to ensure you receive thespecial conference rate.
