AWHONN has developed an evi-

dence-based clinical practice guideline

that includes the 5As, asking pregnant

women at every visit, and cessation

counseling, intervention and referral

2003 Wyeth-AyerstSection/Chapter Award

Applications are being sought for

the 2003 Wyeth-Ayerst Section/

Chapter Award. The award recognizes

projects directed by AWHONN mem-

bers at the section or chapter levels

that promote the mission, purpose and

goals of the association. The award is a

$4,000 grant, which will be presented

at the AWHONN 2003 Convention in

Milwaukee, WI. Application deadline
