Guidetti SINCRO Plants process electric cables, by grinding and dry-separating the plastic and rubber insulation from copper and aluminium conductors, to produce high grade granules. The machines are compact, with all components on one platform for ease of installation. Units are sound-proofed for low noise operation, are fitted with a highly efficient dust control system, and have a simple screen and blade change operation. Material can be either hand or conveyor-fed into the machinery for processing. Granules exit from the front of the machine with waste material exiting from the rear. All models can be supplied with optional pre-shredders and feed conveyors, to suit various production requirements. Guidetti EKO Plant is both compact in design and highly efficient, and provides a low-cost solution for small scrap yards and cable processors.

JMC Recycling Systems The ALPAC RDI range of balers process used aluminium and steel cans, aluminium swarf and foil. They are a complete automated system, and are now fitted with wear plates in order to handle these potentially difficult materials. The balers provide unbeatable and reliable performance, and can be complemented by the addition of an Alpack 2000 can sorter, which provides an inexpensive way of separating large volumes of steel cans from higher value aluminium. Alpack RDI balers are completely automatic, as long as there is a continuous feed of material, which will allow you to walk away and attend to other aspects of your business.

Balers

This single shaft shredder is suitable for various materials, such as plastic bottles & drums, electrical boards & cables, wood, poly pipe and plastic sheet. The hydraulic pusher block is used to feed the material into the cutters, and it is ground away as the cutters pass over it. The processed material can be sized to a constant dimension by interchangeable screens from 15-100 mm. Special shafts and cutters are available on request to process very hard material such as nylon and ABS.

Car and Light Gauge Steel Balers Dual Shaft Shredders The KEW GL series dual shaft shredders are particularly suitable for shredding very large and ultra thick materials, such as tyres, timber boards and packing barrels. They have a low rotation speed, low noise and large moment of torsion. The machines have preset protective devices to avoid mechanical or electrical overload. The McIntyre 200B Shears can deal efficiently with a wide range of non ferrous cleaning and sizing operations, particularly larger diameter electric cables and valves. Akros-Henschel Shearing Ram Baling Presses have been designed for high speed processing of ferrous and non ferrous scrap metal. The shearing ram enables the material to be continuously loaded into the press. The cycle is fully automatic, the only requirement being continuous material feed, and therefore no operator is required. Akros-Henschel CIC Inclined Shears have been designed to process light to heavy scrap in a continuous auto cycle operation, enabling high productivity. Material is loaded into the inclined box in a continuous operation; material longer than the box can also be processed. These shears are available in stationary and semi mobile configurations, with diesel or electric power options, and in seven cutting capacities of between 500 to 1300 ton. The inclined shear offers savings on set-up compared with other shears, and there is minimum wear on the fixed box walls due to the non pre-compression of the material, which reduces the shearing cost per ton.

Demolition Shears

The VTN shears have multiple applications for both overhead and ground level demolition. They can be fitted to all excavators from 15 to 110 tonnes either as a third member (quick hitch) or second member. The shear can be rotating or non rotating. The bodies are made of hardox 400 that guarantees safety and reliability, even in the most heavy duty applications. Fitted as standard with speed valves that reduce cycle times, blades with trapezoidal profile that improve cutting lines, and an innovative adjuster kit on the jaws to adjust slack with no need for manual intervention. The VTN shears are extremely versatile and suitable for most specific applications.

The KRG series 3+2 finger grapples are designed for heavy-duty use in the scrap metal, demolition and material handling industries. The boxed-in tynes are manufactured with high tensile, alloy, abrasion-resistant steel, and large pivot pins, which are fitted with hardened steel bushes for greater strength and wear resistance. The tyne ends are fitted with replaceable wear pads to protect them from wear. These grabs are supplied with heavy-duty stay bars and connecting brackets, pins and mounting plates.

Demolition Shears

The VTN shears have multiple applications for both overhead and ground level demolition. They can be fitted to all excavators from 15 to 110 tonnes either as a third member (quick hitch) or second member. The shear can be rotating or non rotating. The bodies are made of hardox 400 that guarantees safety and reliability, even in the most heavy duty applications. Fitted as standard with speed valves that reduce cycle times, blades with trapezoidal profile that improve cutting lines, and an innovative adjuster kit on the jaws to adjust slack with no need for manual intervention. The VTN shears are extremely versatile and suitable for most specific applications.

Akros-Henschel Shearing Ram Baling Presses have been designed for high speed processing of ferrous and non ferrous scrap metal. Akros-Henschel CIC Inclined Shears have been designed to process light to heavy scrap in a continuous auto cycle operation, enabling high productivity. Material is loaded into the inclined box in a continuous operation; material longer than the box can also be processed. These shears are available in stationary and semi mobile configurations, with diesel or electric power options, and in seven cutting capacities of between 500 to 1300 ton. The inclined shear offers savings on set-up compared with other shears, and there is minimum wear on the fixed box walls due to the non pre-compression of the material, which reduces the shearing cost per ton.

Balers

This single shaft shredder is suitable for various materials, such as plastic bottles & drums, electrical boards & cables, wood, poly pipe and plastic sheet. The hydraulic pusher block is used to feed the material into the cutters, and it is ground away as the cutters pass over it. The processed material can be sized to a constant dimension by interchangeable screens from 15-100 mm. Special shafts and cutters are available on request to process very hard material such as nylon and ABS.

Guidetti SINCRO Plants process electric cables, by grinding and dry-separating the plastic and rubber insulation from copper and aluminium conductors, to produce high grade granules. The machines are compact, with all components on one platform for ease of installation.
