CFC Mission Statement The mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.

Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC)

The group of Federal Officials designated by the Director of OPM to conduct the CFC in a particular community.

Governing body for CFC LFCC made up of members from local federal agencies LFCC establishes goals and local processes for the CFC

The charitable organization selected by the LFCC to administer the local campaign under the direction and control of the LFCC and the Director (OPM)

(Military and Civilian Federally Employed Personnel)

Three Values

1) Choice - You pledge to an organization of your choice based upon personal passions and interests.

2) Convenience - You fill out your pledge, we make monthly deductions from your pay check and send the money to the charities which you chose. One check sent on behalf of all those who donated to a specific charity.

3) Accountability - All organizations undergo a rigorous annual applicationprocess (screened by Federal Employees like you) and each CFC office isaudited following completion to ensure all money has been placedcorrectly as you specified.

(Base Project Officers will determine their base’s campaign dates.)
