Our Founder

Started in year 1992 by our Founder Shri. Padam Kularia, who believed that each project is as unique as each client. Interior decoration, design

and its implementation along with architecture is a collaborative process. He transformed virtual execution / designs into concrete spaces and

dreams into reality. He is a story of struggle, anxiety, adventure and achievement. He provided his sons the ethics, moral values, hands-on-

training and guidance in this field. He had a vision for the future and his vision now lives in the form of his sons, the present promoters of the

company and its guiding force.

Promoters

Kanaram Kularia, Shankar Kularia and Dharam Kularia. The current promoters have not only consolidated the business but have also

propelled it into the big league. The company has now become a major player in the field of interior construction. An elite clientele base, a

turnover in hundreds of crores, major fit out and turnkey projects spread all over India with future plans to expand internationally.

STRONG INFRASTRUCTURE

In house manufacturing facility is located at TTC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

State of art infrastructure.

Area of more than 1.27 lakh sq. ft.

Equipped with latest CNC technology with fully and semi automatic machines to manufacture huge volumes of modular and solid woodfurniture of any kind.

The CNC machinery installed at our plant is from Europe, this helps us to maintain the highest quality standards at consistent level for eachbatch and huge volumes production.

The plant is also facilitated with paint booths to finish the furniture in different wood finishes as per the client requirement.

Professionally managed material procurement, HR, production planning and

control, machining, assembly, quality control, finishing, packaging and

logistics.

A highly skilled workforce of more than 200 carpenters are managed,

fulltime by one of the promoters Mr. Kanaram Kularia. He is assisted

by an experienced and able production team at every stage of production.

Ensure that goods and systems are installed in a satisfactory manner.

Ensure completed installations are properly operational and maintenance free wherever possible.

To observe the company Quality Assurance Manual and Procedures (and/or any and all project specific Quality Plans)

Properly plan, control and document, in a systematic manner, those procedures necessary to provide the specified level of Quality Assurance.

Maintain such records as will substantiate the Quality Assurance applied throughout each project undertaken.

Provide evidence of quality by demonstration where required.

Determine and define the design intent and performance standard.

Convey appropriate design parameters to those responsible for purchasing, installing, erecting or maintaining the product.

In endorsement of the above, the Quality Assurance Manager has been given the authority to promote and support the QA function at all levels within the organization.
