Geared for rapid response, members of our Dispute Resolution Practice can be called upon at short notice to resolve large-scale and complex litigation matters. This includes urgent applications and discovery-driven trial and arbitration matters, with directors also acting for clients in a number of international jurisdictions.
The team is well-represented at the International Bar Association. Director Des Williams, is a former co-chair of the Litigation Committee and currently a member of Council of the Legal Practice Division of the International Bar Association. He is also a director of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa and the sole South African member of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
