His executivebackground includes his role as Chief OperatingOfficer for H&R Block® in Kansas city, wherehe worked from 1999­2007. In that role, heoversaw the company's retail tax network,including its 13,000 retail locations and 100,000employees. Byers also served as Chief

Executive Officer for the Mutual Fund Store®, based in Overland Park, KSfrom 2007 to 2008. Most recently, Byers has been Chief Commercial Officerfor Sirva®, a Chicago based global supplier of relocation and movingservices operating under the Allied® and North American Van Lines®brands. Byers, who holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan StateUniversity, graduated from Stanford University Graduate School ofBusiness' Executive Education program with a degree in Finance. Heresides in Leawood, KS, with his wife and three children.

Brad Fountain, Chief Financial Officer

Brad Fountain joined CARSTAR as ChiefFinancial Officer in 2008 after a transition fromJAMI, INC, a Kansas City based officemanufacturer, where he also served as ChiefFinancial Officer. Fountain is a graduate fromthe University of Missouri, where he earned hisBSBA in Accounting and is a certified CPA inthe state of Missouri. He has spent his careerworking with a variety of distribution andmanufacturing industries. He has extensiveexperience in leading and managing all aspects

of accounting and financial organization, establishing collaborativemanagement processes with operations, sales and marketing, anddemonstrated leadership roles in working with private equity stakeholders.

Dan Young, Senior Vice President ­ Insurance

Dan Young is responsible for the managementof the Corporate Insurance Department, wherehe oversees national and regional insuranceprogram initiatives, claims management anddata analysis. Prior to joining CARSTARCorporate in 2003, he spent 20 years withAllstate in claims management and riskmanagement. He received his CPCU in 2002, isa Collision Industry Council member, served onthe inaugural State Farm® Advisory Council andcurrently participates in the Allstate® Group

Advisory Council. Young has a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration fromthe University of Nebraska.

Ernie Laky has been with CARSTAR Corporatesince 1998, bringing 20 years of experience innegotiating, materials planning/procurement andproduct management. His responsibilitiesinclude negotiating agreements and managingvendor relationships with all of CARSTAR'snational programs. Prior to joining CARSTAR,Laky worked with the Service Line Division ofStandard Motor Products, Inc., an automotiveaftermarket parts manufacturer.

Dean Fisher, owner of CARSTAR Yorkville inYorkville, IL, and the 2012 CARSTARfranchisee of the year award winner, leadsCARSTAR’s field service team, helping storeowners maximize growth and profitability,managing store operations, overseeing storeintegration, leading the financial focus groups inthe store markets and guiding the store owners’business groups around the country. He alsooversees CARSTAR’s corporate­ownedCARSTAR Metcalf location in Stilwell, KS,which serves as the company’s R&D facility. A
