Underdogs (Aug. 14) Starring Ariana Grande, Bella Thorne, Nicholas Hoult When Jake (Glee’s Matthew Morrison) thinks he’s free from his childhood bully, Ace (Nicholas Hoult), the unthinkable happens — Ace returns years later with plans to take over Jake’s town and destroy it to build a soccer stadium. Help comes from the most unlikely place when the players from Jake’s beloved foosball table come to life and help him try to defeat Ace in a soccer match! Both Ariana Grande and Bella Thorne voice Jake’s crush, Laura. You’ll definitely be rooting for the underdogs in this family flick! Grade: A+

Max Steel (Aug. 28) Starring Ben Winchell Follow the adventures of Max MacGrath (Ben Winchell) in this action movie that’s based on the Mattel action figure by the same name. The 16-year-old’s life gets turned upside down when he discovers he has a secret power that must be used to help defeat an alien attack! Grade: B+

We Are Your Friends (Aug. 28) Starring Zac Efron Aspiring DJ Cole Carter (Zac Efron) is forced into a difficult decision on his quest to stardom in the EDM world when his friendship with his mentor starts to go astray. Expect tons of amazing songs that’ll make you want to dance your butt off in the theater! Grade: B
