CANADA MEMBER PROGRAMS. PROVIDING PROOF OF ENROLLMENT IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE CHECK-IN REFUSAL.
Languages Canada is pleased to share details of their preferred Student Self-Isolation Rates, negotiated exclusively
for members and students at hotels near Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Vancouver International
Airport (YVR), Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), Calgary International Airport (YYC), James Richardson
Winnipeg International Airport (YWG), Victoria International Airport (YYJ), Halifax Stanfield International Airport
(YHZ) and Ottawa International Airport (YOW). The hotels included will meet the needs of your international
students 2-week self-isolation stay once they arrive to Canada, including pick-up from airport and arranging meals
delivered to guestroom while on property. Guests will be asked to read and understand the procedures of self-
isolating prior to checking in. These will be emailed at time of booking and will also be provided at check-in.

Conditions of Rates: -
o Negotiated rates are valid from 15 June – 30 December 2020 inclusive
o Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are on a per room, per night basis, for single or double occupancy
o Rates have been negotiated exclusively for Languages Canada, their members, and students and are not to
be distributed or published publicly outside of this network.
o All rates are subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes and can change at any time
without notice
o 14-night minimum stay is required at all hotels to receive the discounted rates.
o Flexible Cancellation ranges from 24-48 hours depending on hotel. If cancelling after this time, guest will be
subject to a charge equivalent of one-nights room & tax.
o Valid credit card required to guarantee the room reservation, but no deposit will be taken unless otherwise
mentioned. All guests must be prepared to present photo identification upon check in at the hotel, and
settle their room, tax and incidental charges upon departure from hotel. If guest does not have their own
valid credit card and charges will be paid by someone else, please request a third-party billing form from
the hotel.
o Languages Canada does not take responsibility for any individual guest charges nor are they liable for any
hotel issues that might arise before, during, or after hotel stay.
